Otter Creek Golf Club
About
Otter Creek Golf Club is situated in the idyllic farm community of Otterville, Ontario, which is only a 30-minute drive from Woodstock. The rural landscape was formerly farm and tobacco fields, lending a unique, rustic character to the golf course. The layout sprawls across 300 acres, winding through the scenic, wooded valleys of Otter, Cedar, and Spittler Creeks. Dick Kirkpatrick, one of Canada's top golf course architects, designed Otter Creek Golf Club. Kirkpatrick designed the course with players of all skill levels in mind, incorporating minimal forced carries and six sets of tees to make it more accessible for those who are new to the game

Great course
Great course and was in good shape. Some greens had a ton of pine needles everywhere. Would be good to send a guy out to blow them off during this time of year
My Favorite Course
Quite simply, this is one of the best courses I have ever played. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. We came from London to play it and it was well worth the drive, and considering we got a really good deal on Underpar, it was well worth the price too. Can't imagine playing the Gold tees but they have tee boxes to suit all skill levels. Friendly, helpful staff and just an absolutely beautiful, well manicured course. Can't wait to come back again !
Great course and staff
Everytime I golf at Otter Creek I always great the same great experience. Best course around the area for value as well as wonderful friend staff.
Good value
Very well kept and a good challenge. You could put on the fairways they are so nice. A very good course.
Awesome layout
Very challenging course. Beautiful layout. Greens were in great shape!!
Tough track
Great course and one of the tougher tracks around this area.
This course is in immaculate condition , the tee blocks are all flat and well manicured .
I know this is one of the best courses in Canada, the condition, layout and challenge are great for all skill levels you just have to choose the right tees to play from. I highly recommend this course for everyone .
Lovely track
This is a top notch course with a variety of layouts for the holes. Just one hole which doesn't make much sense especially for short hitters. However overall it is a great test for all levels.
Try it
Beautiful course. Many different types of holes. Shotmaking is needed. Number 9 is the only hole that isn't good. Almost impossible for ladies to play it as a par 4. Clubhouse is gorgeous and our food was good. Overall this is a great place to spend a few hours playing golf. Staff are friendly and our round was well within regulation time. Huge greens with plenty of undululations. Try to take your "a" game to this course.
WOW!
Each hole on this course is picturesque. It would be a hard decision to determine a signature hole as they are all great! Front nine plays easier than the back. Greens are fast and hold well. Bunkers are well maintained. Clubhouse is beautiful, Range is good and putting green is huge. I like that they have another separate putting green beside the first tee for a last warm while waiting to tee off.
Wonderful but Tough Course
Otter Creek is a wonderful course that is very very challenging. Drop the ego and play the right tees for your ability. It can be very challenging for ladies. This was the second time playing the course. My only complaint was the greens were not quite as good this time as the first time we played it. Good still but not quite as good. This time we arrived early enough to have lunch at the course and it was terrific. A+ for the food.
Far but Great
It took me about 1.5 hr from Oakville to this awesome course, which is why I can't play here as frequently as I want, but it was worth the travel. Every hole was unique and kind of challenging, the fairways and greens were just perfect except a few spots, and the overall environment was pleasing. The experience was like finding a hidden gem!
Joining A Crowd
Signed up as a single and was put with a group of three guys who have played together long term-likely in their mid-30s...half my age.
They made me feel more than welcome, made me a part of their group, made my play more relaxed. They scored better than I did but I had lots of good moments on the course. I've played this course probably 20 times and love the challenge every time. Risk/reward a compensating factor. Look forward to playing it again....and again....etc.
I really like this course. It has a great layout with some challenging holes. Greens and sand bunkers could use some attention.
