Hot Deal not so hot
The greens were being aerated while we played, meaning that some greens were unplayable

Lightning fast greens.
Well maintained and beautiful course. Greens were super fast and hardly a straight putt all day. Friendly staff and overall great golf experience.

Challenging but enjoyable
As I'm not a very good golfer, I don't take my game that seriously. The sometimes narrow fairways definitely put some pressure on me to play better (that usually didn't happen). The greens were the most interesting part of our round. Fast and undulating with many undetectable / underestimated breaks. Some greens had us walking away chuckling and scratching our heads as to the path of our putts. I'll definitely be back!

Great course
Great course with some challenging holes. Quick greens with some unforgiving breaks. Very friendly staff who even offered to “return by ball if found” haha.

Cherry Downs
I have played this course many times over the last 50 tears and it has never disappointed. I would always recommend you play it not only fir the scenic beauty but the challenge of holes. This is why I keep coming back as well as Golf Now with there specials makes it affordable.

Love playing “The Downs”. Golf course was in good shape. Like the Cherry Downs of old, firm fast greens. Lack of Marshall’s was the only drawback. Group in front was way off pace. Teed off at 3:18 finished at 8:20. About 45 mins too slow but nonetheless a beautiful day.

Very difficult for newer players
Need to have good control of your hits to get a par. The pace of the game was not so good due to a large group in front of us. Otherwise, everything perfect.
