About
The par 3 Executive Course (1,052 yards) features small greens and narrow fairways lined by houses. These tiny greens are difficult to hit, so your short irons must be on or you'll be working on your up and downs. Like the big course, this layout incorporates several small lakes. Ladies and men play from the same set of tees on this course.

Great Day
The course is looking great. The tee boxes and putting greens have been reseeded. The fairways are in good condition too
Very nice course layout
We have played here a few years now. I really like the course layout. The staff are always nice and courteous.
Don’t reserve
This course is not accepting reservations of Golf Now I had to pay cash at the starter office. They didn’t recognized my reservation. The course is so bad and green are awful.
What a shame!
18 course in pitiful condition. Par 3 course looks like a cow pasture. Ridiculous
Should have known better. This whole community is going in the dumps and the city council could careless. What a shame!
Shouldn’t lose balls on the fairways
Played the course many times, however this go around the fairways and greens were too unkept from what they normally are.

Pretty rough conditions
The course could use a lot of maintenance and a little love. Most of the fairways we're sparse at best. Greens a little better. If I'd paid full price would have been upset.

Course In Terrible Conditions
This course layout of fun, but the conditions of the course make it near impossible to play. “Fairways” are regular grass. So hard to hit off of. Tee boxes are dirt and terrible. Greens are never cut properly. So sad. The course would be great if it was maintained.

Need fairway grass
Greens are good, compared to the rest of the course. Fairways need water and grass.

A Perfect Day at VICC
Played 5 holes before joining another player named Jake. I think his play helped me play better than usual. This is the first time I played with a player who could shape drives and other shots left or right. It was fun to watch. We enjoyed the round. A foursome ahead of us played only nine holes so we had a good pace of play on the back nine. The greens were very dry, fast and sometimes bumpy. A great day. There are still many winter Texans on VCC and River Bend. After March the courses should be wide open.

Greens
The pro shop manager is not very friendly, seems to never smile. The greens are in fairly decent shape, the fairways, and Teebox is needed some work. But based on greens around the area, these are some of the better ones.
