The Highland Course is Mill Run Golf Club's 18-hole executive course. The course has been rated as one of the best executive golf courses in Ontario. Highland is a great alternative to the club's three championship courses for golfers who are pressed for time, and for juniors, and seniors. The golf course offers a player-friendly test for beginners and high-handicappers, but more skilled golfers will appreciate the short-game practice. Most golfers find that every club in their bag is used during a round on this course. The undulating terrain provided by the rolling hills surrounding Uxbridge, located just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto, offers a scenic golf setting

Good price, use every club in your bag

I generally enjoy this course for mid handicap golf. 5 par 4’s and the rest par 3’s. Not overly challenging and always feel like you have a chance to recover after a bad shot here. Rounds are pretty quick 2.5 to 3 hours (typically) varies with the traffic on the course.

Course conditions are terrible though. Greens are full of divots, dry and pretty beat up. Hard pan around a lot of the greens if you miss can be frustrating.

Course needs maintenance

The Highland course was in really rough condition. Tee boxes had weeds growing in them. Pace of play was horrendous. It's a shame because the course would be fun to play if it was better maintained.
