About
Nestled along the banks of its namesake Hidden Creek, this is a links-style/traditional combination that rolls through oak and mesquite groves. The fairways are narrow and trees line every hole. The greens are fast and huge, and lakes come into play frequently along with numerous dogleg fairways.The course was designed by Stephen D. Plumer, who incorporated a few split fairways to spice up the layout.
The best hole is the 448-yard No. 8, which forces at least a 230-yard tee shot over water to a tight landing area and an approach down the dogleg-left fairway to a multi-tiered green.
Getting there : From I-20, take I-35 south, and drive 10 miles to Renfro Rd. Stay on the access road and the course is on the right side.

Nice day on the course
Played a busy Friday and pace was great. Course watered well despite a spell of dry weather resulting in very receptive greens-great. They were in very good condition as was the rest of the course for the most part. Very enjoyable round and very good value..
Good course, terrible game
Course was in good condition although the weather conditions weren't great, however even though I stunk up the course with game we enjoyed it!

Love the course I play every week, it’s always in great shape.
Great place for all!
First time playing golf in Texas. The course was wet due to heavy rains the day before, bunkers were virtually unplayable not due to staff. The greens were in very good shape! Some tee boxes could use some tlc, but fairways were in good condition other than a few wet areas. Challenging layout with surprising elevation changes.
Fun time
Fairways and greens in very good shape. Marshall and cart girl visible. Front desk person let us tee off as a two some instead of a foursome since the tee box was empty and our other two had not arrived yet. That made my day. I would play this course weekly if I lived closer, live in Bedford. Keep up the great work !

My day at Hidden Creek
Overall not a bad day, it rained quite a bit the night before so the course was pretty soggy and cart path only.
Saturday afternoon golf
Booked this course on a hot deal for 3 friends on Saturday afternoon. Weather was a little windy but great otherwise. Course is in good condition. Pace was a little slow and we got hit into a couple of times on the front nine. Let the group play through at the turn and no problems after. Still finished the round in 4 hours. Can't beat the $17 hot deal on the weekend.

I enjoyed the course but the clubhouse did a poor job in teaming up players! Two twosomes and 1 single went out before me and I'd even proposed starting at the 10th tee before they finally allowed me to "take a peak"! Much to my chagrin I was not able to and as a result I was not able to finish the round!!!!
