Hidden Creek Golf Club
About
Nestled along the banks of its namesake Hidden Creek, this is a links-style/traditional combination that rolls through oak and mesquite groves. The fairways are narrow and trees line every hole. The greens are fast and huge, and lakes come into play frequently along with numerous dogleg fairways. The course was designed by Stephen D. Plumer, who incorporated a few split fairways to spice up the layout.
The best hole is the 448-yard No. 8, which forces at least a 230-yard tee shot over water to a tight landing area and an approach down the dogleg-left fairway to a multi-tiered green.
Getting there : From I-20, take I-35 south, and drive 10 miles to Renfro Rd. Stay on the access road and the course is on the right side.

Fun time
The course is located right off I-35. You don’t notice your right next to the highway until the last 3 holes, Today there was a lot of mud. Other than it was a great time. Definitely will be back!
Fairways were not in good shape. Greens were in good shape. Pace was slow needed a Marshall to keep the pace going.
Best Value in the Area!
They’ve done a lot of work to the course recently and the greens are in great shape for this time of year. There were a few dead spots in the fairway, but all in all, and for the price, there’s not a better value in the area.
Enjoyed the experience
The course is in good shape. The playing pace was excellent. I'll be back.
Fairways
Overall a very good course and day of golf. Only concern is some of the fairways, especially the first few, seemed to have quite a few bare spots.
Course in rough shape
They didn’t have any range balls for warmup in the afternoon, the greens and fairways are in rough shape. Lots of sand/dirt everywhere, standing water, ball marks on greens look like they hadn’t been fixed in weeks. Luckily got to play for the afternoon rate, but our golf cart also died on us when we were trying to bring it back. Had to push it back 3 holes. No one at the pro shop would answer because they had already left.
Hidden Creek
Greens and tee boxes in good shape. The rest of the course needs work.
Slowest course in fort worth
Tee time was sunday at 10:30, solid course, great greens, only issue was pace of play. Payed for 18 but after 9 holes taking a full 3 hours I had to leave at the turn. 6 hours rounds should simply never be a thing. Wasn't any specific groups fault, just insanely over booked.
Don't Play Here
My wife and I played there on Sunday. The pace of play was awful. We had to leave the course because we wouldn't finish when needed. After 3 1/2 hours of play, we barely got through 11 holes. The greens were in good shape but the rest was downright awful. Most of the fairways were sand traps. Lots of roped-off areas. Sometimes you couldn't drive on the golf path. I will not play this course again.
Great greens but....
Great greens but it ends there!!! Course Fairways, rough, and tee boxs are garbage.
