About
Cedar Crest Golf Club in Murfreesboro sprawls across rolling farmland accented with groves of mature trees. The fairways on the front nine are wide open but they become narrower and tree lined on the back nine. The greens play fast and true and they are also well conditioned. There are not many sand traps to contend with but a smattering of elevation changes throughout the golf course cause an occasional uneven lie. Seasoned golfers looking for a challenge won't find it here but what you will find is a relaxed atmosphere that is ideal for a quick, casual round that is player friendly enough for beginners. In addition to the course, Cedar Chest Golf Club offers extensive practice facilities including a driving range and a two-tiered practice green.

Beautiful course
This is one of my favorite local courses. It’s not usually too backed up and the scenery is beautiful. Greens were in much better shape that a month ago.
Rain throughout. Only got in 9 holes so not a good value. Course is a good layout and test on good weather days. Are refunds offered even though they kept the course open while it was raining ?

Course was in great condition. Absolutely beautiful too. Challenging but fun course.
As expected
First time playing here. Course was as I was told. Like the challenges of the trees line the fairways. Makes you plan your shot. Challenging course and ambulating greens lots of fun. Will definitely be back.
Nice but...
Fairways and greens are a little beat up. Other than that had a great time.
Great course…..first time playing there….need better signage as to where 1st tee/ 10th tee starts

Good course, pace was slow
Course was in good condition. Staff was great, very friendly. The group of 4 in front of us was extremely slow. Hitting multiple balls. We tried to let them get in front of us far enough, but kept getting right behind them and having to wait.
Always good conditions and pace
I play this course a couple of times per month and always have a good time. Pace is usually good and course conditions are good everywhere except the rough. Bunkers have good sand and greens are true.
