Royal St. Cloud Golf Links - Blue/Red Course

Outstanding condition. Back upped on Par 3s of White course. Otherwise moved well all day.

Slow play, too many golfers, I think over booked. Course was good.

Has 27 holes so keeping a pace must be impossible. Loved everything about it but the pace.

Played courses in the last six weeks that are more expensive and do not compare to the conditions at Royal St Cloud. Greens can be tricky

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW THAT I'VE PLAYED THIS COURSE AND SIGNED UP FOR PLAYING THE WHITE TO BLUE AND GOT SWITCHED TO BLUE TO RED. THEY SAID THAT WE WOULD OF WAITED AT THE TURN FOR GROUPS, IVE WORKED AT A GOLF COURSE FOR MANY YEARS. HERE'S A SUGGESTION- LETS SAY THE ROTATION IS WHITE TO BLUE. YOU ALLOW TEE TIMES ON THE BLUE TILL 7-9;30, SO THE PEOPLE COMING FROM THE WHITE THAT TEE OF 7-9;30 HAVE NO ISSUE. THAN THE PEOPLE THAT WERE ON THE BLUE CAN GO TO RED WITH NO ISSUE EITHER, SAME THING FOR PEOPLE TEE OFF ON THE 7-9;30 RED CAN GO TO WHITE. USE THE SAME PLAN FOR THE AFTERNOON TEE TIMES.

ITS SUCH A NICE COURSE TO PLAY, BESIDES THE ORGANIZATION OF THE TEE TIMES,

SO IF I CAN MAKE A RECOMMENDATION, WHEN YOUR BOOKING YOUR TEE TIME AND COURSE YOU WANT TO PLAY, DONT PUT ALOT OF THOUGHT ON WHAT ROTATION YOU WANT TO PLAY, BECAUSE YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT PLAY WHAT YOU BOOKED. JUST BOOK THE TIME.

Course condition was great, pace a little slow 4:30 hrs. But just starting daylight saving time might have got some overlap on # of players. Fun course with great number of different shots. Overall great value. Minnesota boys coming back.

We enjoyed the links style course. The course was in great condition. The greens rolled true. Some of the biggest greens I have ever played. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots and lots of sand traps with good sand. Looking forward to playing again.

Waited on every shot except for around the green only to get into the cart and wait again. Some holes had four groups on and these included par 4s.

Weather was amazing and the staff, as always, was wonderful. Course was in good shape but cramming that many golfers onto the course took away from an otherwise great day. I’ll be back in June when numbers return to normal and we can enjoy a 3-4 hour round of golf.

Played the Blue/Red courses. Initially booked a red/white but the white course was getting the greens aerated. The reviews about slow pace of play are accurate but it wasn’t unbearable. 18 holes took around 4:15-4:30. The design and layout was challenging and very unique. White sand bunkers scattered which helped diversify the colors. Best price in the local area for what you’re getting. Would definitely play here again.
