About
The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

It was a solid OK
Driving range is Irons only. Course conditions were pretty decent, greens was aerated not long ago but rolled true. Marshall was annoyingly on us for the first 5 holes to catch up to the next group until we told him to back off and he then realized that the group in front of us didn’t show up. It’s a tight course so be prepared to potentially hit a house or two if you’ve got a slice.

The Marshall didn’t enforce pace of play. Had to wait 5-10 minutes per hole.

Awful policy
This course still doesn’t allow spectators and your dumb company did not tell me. I show up 30 min before my tee time only to be turned away because I can’t have my wife ride along with me. Terrible service and policy. You didn’t give me a refund nor did the course. Never playing this terrible, short, awfully maintained, slow green course.

Hole 16 is a doozie
Marshall was a tad bit pushy today. The group behind us was nowhere near pushing into us although we were a tad behind the group in front of us. Watch out for hole 16. There’s a very drunk, very awful person who lives right off of 16 who was heckling fiercely and even attacked me. Great day overall though!!!

I will play again
It was a break in the winter weather that resulted in a good day. We had a very slow foursome in front that course marshal didn't seem to notice. Course has lots of turns, and makes you use all your clubs, which is nice. Only pulled the driver out four times, which is good as the driving range doesn't allow driver to be used. Houses surrounding the course are extremely close to the boundaries -- closer than I've ever seen. My partner and I enjoyed it an will probably play it again.

Horrible customer service
I booked a tee time And they cancel my daytime and they closed the golf course and nobody send me an email nobody told me and when I got there and started to play the ranger was so rude and he started yelling at me and I said excuse me no one even told me was closed or anything no 1 gave me a heads up nobody reimbursed my money or nothing and this guy to stormed at me and was just angry and it was the horrible experience I give them AF for customer service I would not recommend anybody going there
