About
The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

The course is in need of some serious renovations. Balls were flying everywhere where. The driving range in between 2 holes has nets but they were not

Fun course
First time playing in a decade! Course plays tight in most places as it is nestled in amongst condos and apartments. But a very fun and challenging course.

No Suprises Just Great Service and Golf
Always a friendly face on staff ...Makes you comfortable , pace of play is always good of course there is that one group I used to be that group but.we used to tell people go ahead ppay through ..Think it should a rule ..Marshall eas good on telling them polily..The Staff is why I keep com8ng bsvk

Rude Marshal. Great Course.
We were approached by the marshal and told to hurry up on a hole that we weren't even playing. When told this, the marshal responded with "I don't care, hurry up." Needless to say he didn't even apologize. We're a laid back group and we enjoy the course so we let it slide, but beware of the old cod; even if there's nobody trailing you.

Everything you could ask for on a convenient and affordable course
Pretty solid course, houses/apartments on the back 9 crowd the fairways a bit much but greens and fairways were great. Paired with two cool strangers and I had a great time. Most of the course is fairly open so I was able to take some riskier shots knowing I had another fairway or at one point the driving range as a backdrop. Never had to wait to take a shot and didnt see the group behind us after hole 4, good golf in my amateur book

course is really open with some water challenges overall course in great shape tee's fairways and greens really look great will be back to play again

Perfect combination of Value, Challenge and Fun
One of my favs in Denver and easy to get on, never too expensive, the pace is always good, seems to be fairly decent golfers moving along most days and while a bit shorter and not a full long 18 holer, it has its challenges in places and on other holes, ya gotta take advantage of em or your score will be average for the day. If you have not played it, check it out.
