Horrible experience
Place is old, but decent. Golf course is ok, not well kept though. Weeds all over the greens. Its cheap, so you get what you pay for.
What really separates them from other golf courses is the staff. Ron, one of their starters is rude, belligerent, and confrontational. Many of the staff make you feel like you should be grateful they ALLOW you to play there. Customer service? Horrifying...
So many other nice courses close by. Take my advice, play somewhere else.

the best course per dollar this winter! greens are fastest around and the highlight to their conditions. can am cash rates are the best deal this year during peak season.
Better than Anticipated
Tee time was reserved through CanAm Golf at a very good discounted cash price. Generally one gets what is paid for, but in this case we got all of the qualities of a private club for the price of a discounted muni. Everything on the course was in excellent condition, except for a few spots here and there on the greens which were under repair, but nothing at all to cause a problem. We started on the West course where the opening few fairways appeared to be much narrower than the rest of the course. We finished up on the South course where it seems that more water came into play. Overall, the course was quite challenging. Looking forward to my next visit one of these days. Congratulations to the staff for keeping the course in such great shape.
Day was ruined, review will be slanted
A very nice ranger was showing us the way to the T (not sure which course we played) as it was our first time. His supervisor came over and started a horrific barrage of verbal abuse right in front of us. It was beyond my comprehension that any one would talk to another person like that on the job, MUCH LESS in front of client/customers.
We were both so upset. I had to restrain myself from getting up and giving that creep a piece of my mind.
It ruined our experience and I would NEVER go back some place where that sort of person was employed
Great layout
Course is a lot tougher than it looks like on paper! Course conditions have gotten really nice since the new greens superintendent!

The golf course is just ok, (don't play the West 9), the golf course is hardly distance marked at all so bring your range finder, and the facilities are ancient. All this is tolerable for the price, but the staff there can be offensive, rude, and downright nasty. They cursed at me for bringing my daughter to the course, literally cursed, and made her about as unwelcome and unwanted as possible. I even complained to the Head Pro and got no response whatsoever. Customer service is non-existent, they act like it's your privilege to play there. Spend your money elsewhere, there's better golf courses with nice people near by.
