Beautiful Interesting Course
Huge greens in great condition. Interesting layout requires course management. I play this course a couple times a year and it's always an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
These sand traps were like concrete. Looks like they haven’t been raked in a couple day. Overpriced for these conditions. They call this semi-private course. Don’t think so
Firm Test
MB is a challenging course in Joppa, MD.
The course was in excellent shape and greens
were great too. The enjoyable thing about this course is that a lot of the holes are set apart by the terrain,
you only see the hole you are playing.
Several forced carries and the undulating greens can make for some very difficult 2 putts. The course
has some real character and bite and you probably
will shoot a couple strokes higher than your handicap.
Memorable tee shots are #10, 12, 15, and 18.
Mid week on course beverage cart is pretty much
standard at this track in-season. Say hello to the cat hanging around the putting green.
Great course and fair test
This is an awesome track. It is in phenomenal shape and plays fair but challenging. Good golf shots are rewarded here but hazards are gonna make you pay if you miss. Love this course and stop in after your round and see Ange at the bar.
Great Day with My Friends
When we saw the weather conditions for Tuesday I got on Golf Now and booked teh earliest Hot Deal time available.
So glad we did. We finished in about 4 hours. Only issue was a threesome of younger guys who kept trying to push us.
Poor pace of play but great modern layout
I have never experienced a round that went less then 5+ hours at this course. Out side of that the layout is great for all player types. The staff is friendly and don’t forget to say hi to the course cat Snowball.
