Jersey Meadow Golf Course
About
Once home to one of the world's largest herds of Jersey dairy cattle, the site is now the Jersey Meadow Golf Course. The course has evolved and changed dramatically over the years, including a major renovation in 2004 that replaced all the greens with Bermuda grass. The layout is routed through groves of mature oaks, providing a secluded feel to most of the holes. The golf course has a classic design that is still a fair test even by modern standards. Water comes into play throughout in the form of ponds, lakes, and winding creeks that weave through the holes. The 14th is a particularly memorable water hole with a creek all along the left side leading to the island green. The fairways are tightly lined with trees and the greens have subtle but tricky contours.

Jersey Meadow
The course was in exceptional shape considering the extreme hot weather of late. Only two minor concerns: a few greens had some raw patches and a few tee boxes were so dry that it was hard teeing up the ball. Overall a really solid track and good value for a round of golf.
Poor greens, pour rain!
Considering its blazing hot here, the course (fairways and occasional greens) arent in too bad of shape. Some of the greens are terrible and number 17 has a temporary green which is auto 2-putt. I wish people wouls sand divots and repair pitch marks like good stewards of the game. Those little things help courses so much. I wouldnt pay over 25 or 30 to play here. Its in about average shape and needs some rain.
Course needs work
The greens are in very bad shape right now, really not worth playing until they are finished repairing the greens.
An average public course
Greens were recently sanded and were chewed up in spots. Fairway bermuda is ok but also chewed up. Price is good for the facility.
Decent
Fairways are bumpy and uneven throughout.
Most of the greens need work.
Course layout is tight every green is 20 yards away from the next hole tee box
Do not get a twilight time here unless you are ready to be harassed 30-40 mins before sundown as the starter and marshal can not wait to get home.
Good bang for your buck
Can’t beat 32 bucks with taxes and fees included, off day. Course wasn’t in bad shape. The greens are pretty rough and I believe under repair. It’s a good course.
Older course, needs work.
Overall decent. I would come back to play, 50 dollars a round is a bit high for the quality. Should be more like 30, untill repairs are made to greens and fairways.
OK Golf Game
Greens were in very poor condition with one hole with a temporary green. Had two shots knocked down by power lines. Liked the layout and the green fee was very reasonable.
Great course but Cart Path Only … Ugh
I love this course, it’s a very challenging par 70. For the month of May they require cart path only to help the fairy. The fairways are perfect, it’s the greens that are damaged.
Also, as I’ve been saying all year, they need to add more sand to the traps.
Still needs work and time.
Played a tournament Sunday on the course. For starters I can see the course has had work done on it to improve but this day it was cart path only and the course was bone dry except for a water leak in front of #2 green. The rough was high and so were the fairways. They needed mowing. The greens were not good, lots of really rough patches that they were working on. The putting green was in better shape and faster than the course. We somehow made it around in 4:25 mins with it being CPO. The amenities are all fine and the staff seemed friendly.
