About
Once home to one of the world's largest herds of Jersey dairy cattle, the site is now the Jersey Meadow Golf Course. The course has evolved and changed dramatically over the years, including a major renovation in 2004 that replaced all the greens with Bermuda grass. The layout is routed through groves of mature oaks, providing a secluded feel to most of the holes. The golf course has a classic design that is still a fair test even by modern standards. Water comes into play throughout in the form of ponds, lakes, and winding creeks that weave through the holes. The 14th is a particularly memorable water hole with a creek all along the left side leading to the island green. The fairways are tightly lined with trees and the greens have subtle but tricky contours.

Where are the marshals?
Everything fine, except having to wait on every hole, every shot. Where were the marshals???
Major improvement
I have been playing JM for years and rhe recent changes have been incredibly positive. The new club house and pro shop are state of the art and can stand up to any private or upscale club/course! Well done! The food in the restaurant is excellenand prices are more than fair. The changes to he staff (green keepers especially are noticeable), the course is getting better and better. The greens are pretty much all immaculate at this point and I'd venture to say that the condition of the 15th is one of the best I've ever seen. Just spotless. The prices or playing a course in this condition are justified and low compared to other courses in the area (don't get me started in the robbery that's going on at Longwood for the shape that place is in, they won't survive very long if they really want to make it private). One thing that needs improvement is to add 1 or 2 Marshall's to keep the pace of Olay in check. I get it, there's new golfers out there who want to enjoy the game as much as anybody, but it wouldn't hurt to let them know that if there are 3 groups behind you waiting in every hole is making the experience miserable for everybody.
Great Value
Great value round. GPS carts. Course was in good condition. Green speeds were a bit inconsistent and impossible to stop approach shots with reseeding going on. Should be great come spring and summer. The re-vamp has been very well done. Can't recommend enough.
Cart Path only today
Picked the wrong day to play. A day after a heavy rain, the course was very saturated with water and the club required cart path only, which was the correct call but made it a 5 hour round.
The tee boxes and greens were in excellent condition but alot of standing water in the fairways.
I still love this course and will play many times in 2025 !!!
professional level greens
It would be a fun course for very low handicap players. Most greens are protected by traps. Main problem was being on the greens. Very fast but incredible slopes. If above the hole you could just touch the ball and if it didn't go into the hole you would be 8'-12' past hole.
First play since renovation
First time playing since they redid the course. The greens are night and day difference. They ran great. Value is very good for the money. The simulator area looked really nice. We got a round done in 4 hours. Not bad for holiday time of the year. Will def be back to play and also do the simulator on bad or hot weather days.
Good course
Fairways and greens in better condition than I expected. Had a great time.
Coming back to Jersey Meadows since a long time
I was impressed with all the changes at the club house. Driving range has now lights so you can go there until 9 pm. Course itself is in great shape. Marshall is around ensuring that the pace is maintained.
Reno is done
Most greens were good, pace of play was good it took us about 3:45 and the Marshal was out making people speed up. If you don’t find this on a hot deal the price is a little high for the course
