About
The Overland Park Golf Course (formely known as Overland Golf Course) is a municipal, 18-hole course that offers gorgeous views of the Denver skyline. The course opened in 1895, making it one of the older municipal courses in the Denver area. Located only three miles from downtown, the course features small, undulating greens and the fairways are narrow and lines with trees. However water hazards only come into play on one hole. William H. Tucker designed the first nine holes and later in 1956, nine holes designed by William F. Bell were added. On the Overland premises there is also a convenient lighted driving range, as well as other amenities that are associated with private facilities such as a restaurant and pro shop.

Beautiful February Day!
A very nice 60 degree day in February for an enjoyable round of golf. Course was in great shape and a good pace of play.

Overland GC
Course was in great shape!! Greens were rolling good and rough was long and thick almost to much a little hard to find your ball if it sat down in it. Great round of golf and challenging due to course conditions!! Great track!!

No carts..No push carts!?!?
I booked a reservation for 18 with a cart. Not until I got there did I realize that it was walking only. Ok, I can deal with that but then they had NO push carts available. What kind of club runs out of push carts?!?!
Couldn’t get a refund since I booked through GolfNow app...I didn’t even play. I have a cart bag and wasn’t going to carry it for 9 holes let alone 18 in the sloppy conditions.

Excellent condition for late Fall round
Recently revamped layout to accommodate First Tee Denver holes addition. Both fairways and greens in excellent shape, especially considering it is a Denver public course and pricing is reflective of this. Easy walking layout for Senior players. Good pace for public course.
First hole
Love the new number one green .only draw back now number two is 50 yds shorter . Number 5 green still worst green on the corse. In pretty good shape can’t beat 4/12 hrs on Sunday at good old O V !!!!!

Great play, course is a good layout. Greens in good condition.
Great Round
I played 18 holes with a good friend pace was good we beat what heat may have came.. We are both seniors and enjoy playing together No divots and we did not hold up anyone. We will be back again

Fun day as always
Still renovating the first hole but course in good shape, greens very nice. Rough not too high - sometimes trouble finding the ball. Staff as always great. Fun, relaxing round, middle of the week so not too crowded.
Course closed
Course closed due to overnight hail. I wasn’t notified so I showed up and was turned away...

Will get better
The conditions were not good . They didn’t tell you until you paid that they had temporary tee boxes and a temporary green. Front nine played in good time, when we made the turn they had been letting people play nine on the back so we hit a grid lock on 10 and had to wait 10 minutes on every tee box from 10-18
