The greens are almost always rolling good and true. The layout provides a challenge for any player level.

This course has recovered nicely from spring flooding. Excellent layout, challenging elevated greens. Fairways and greens in very good condition. Excellent value for the money.

Course was in great shape. Fairways were perfect and greens were great.

I always enjoy playing at this course. I like the course layout and the elevated greens There are no gimmie putts on these greens. You can miss a few 1 footers on these greens if you're not careful. I always play during the week so the pace of play is always good.

This course is always in great shape, the staff is friendly and accommodating. What I like the most is the fact that is secluded, so you don't have to play by people's backyard listening to screaming kids. No traffic. Very relaxing and beautiful. The clubhouse have the BEST hamburgers in the world and the beer is always COLD!

In a sense it is good for beginners due to the ease of the course. There are no real challenges other then a few spots with water and that's not much. They are in need of a major overhaul, in the areas of the club house and more so the course. Throughout the course there are over grown weed patches along with drainage tubing running throughout the course. Also on a personal note in my opinion the over sight of the needed maintenance and course care is due to laziness cause its an issue that is to easy to fix.

Had a good round at the course. Should have had a lower score, but that's on me.

Nice course located south of Dallas. Green's, fairways were in excellent condition for early in April. The tee boxes need a little work but I enjoyed the round of golf and would return.

Some of the holes could use a yardage to trouble for example 2, which would help with club selection and probably speed of play. Have a skycaddie but the advanced features were not available.

Played this course for the first time and I will never be back. Let's start with the tee boxes. Absolutely horrible, trash and tees everywhere. Tee boxes had drainage ruts running through them. Ground so hard you could barley get a tee in them. Fairways were so bad you could barely hit off them. Greens were ok. Range was a joke. I have better trash balls than their range balls. I would be embarrassed if I owned this piece of trash of course. Do not waste your money, no matter how little you pay to play here.

Grass is so dry, your ball won't stop rolling till it hits trouble...

I hit a ball 400 yds today to a par 4 it was so hard (rolled 125yds)

One teebox I couldn't even get my tee in the ground.

Every green is elevated which made this one of the hardest golf days of my life.

...I'm from FL, not sure if it's just dallas winter or this course.

Booked groups too close together, it was a hurry up and wait type of course. Yardage was off most of the time and very hard to determine fairway to rough. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Truth be told, they probably shouldn't have been open. I don't know if it was as a result of the spring rains, Thanksgiving rains, or just the past weekend rains but it was a mud pit! I was told #2 was closed because the bridge was out and that I was to proceed to #3...I never did find #3 (poor signage) after doing some off-roading and just proceeded to #4. Some holes were playable but the majority had standing water/mud. I was glad to finish and head home (after cleaning my clubs and shoes!).

This course looks like it was designed to be a private club... but there is major work to be done to get it to look like that again. The greens are well maintained. Tee boxes have many undulations - and the fairways are tough to distinguish. Overall - the layout is well done - only a few funky holes - otherwise a good test played from the black. Making par on 17 is an excellent challenge. For the price - it is a home run. I can;t imagine they have enough play to make the major changes needed - but if you want a good test and don't mind some major blemishes on the tees and in some fairways and greens that are well maintained... this place is for you!

Enjoy playing the course. The leaves on the fairways make it difficult to track your balls. Lost 4 ball because of leaves and not wanting to slow down the teams behind me while looking for my balls.

I booked this course at the last minute due to son driving up to visit. This course was in excellent condition including the putting greens. We will come back again to play with friends.

Course is still in good shape. Greens were a bit slower than usual but it had rained a lot the night before. Always in good shape and friendly staff everywhere

Good course great price but the kitchen is closed on Tuesday ...

This is a well kept course. It has nice doglegs where accuracy is so important. The fairways are lined on one side and water on the other. I love the challenge the course poses.
