Awful course conditions completely dried out fairways. Tee boxes u need hammer to put in tees. Bunkers awful conditions.

Looked like it was good once. They have completely let it go. What a shame.

Have played out here a handful of times in the past. The round I played 9/17 was horrendous. Entire course looks terrible with the exception of a few greens. Fairways in particular had random trash floating around and were burnt to a crisp. Unfriendly staff in the cafe. The team member that helped us seemed amazed and thoroughly displeased we asked to have water at the turn (there’s no water stations anywhere on any of the 18 holes). This place needs a management overhaul.

Well manicured course, great greens. Due to extreme heat this summer and very little rain the fairways could use some water.

Course fairways was a desert, bunkers had more rocks than sand , greens were okay,, tee box so hard you need a drill to place a tee

This course was worth playing a yr ago but they have completely let this place go over the past yr. Fairways are hard as a rock and have no green grass at all in them. Tee boxes are so hard you can't even get a tee in the ground. Greens are green but are rolling at like a 6. It's pretty sad when its over 100 degrees outside and you have no water on the course and no cart girls to be found. All I can say is I will never be back and you need to do better.

Coarse very dry, tee boxes are hard as rock, fairway sand traps are deserted, no water or drink cart on course, greens ok, You really need to get a special discount to justify versus regular green fees this time of year. Maybe fall rain will make it more enjoyable.

This course has great layout and the greens were in great condition. This was my first time playing it and for this price i will be playing it alot more in the future. The only problem is that they didn't have a cart girl so bring your water.

No water jugs on course. No cart girl. One person working the counter inside. Couldn't get any refreshments at the turn.

AND, there is a sign that states you can't bring your own cooler or beverages. The course was actually in pretty good shape and I enjoyed the round, but will not be going back anytime soon.

They bust their butts to keep the course in great shape , considering it’s July in Tx, it looks great! Fairways are bit hard, but the fringes and greens are pristine! Highly recommend!
