Country View Golf Club

Was in the area for the weekend, had time for a round with short notice and chose this based on the star rating and price. Glad I did.

Course was fun and somewhat challenging. The elevated greens meant you had little room for mistakes on approach (Hole 17 is a treat). Tee's were in good shape and the fairways were great condition. The greens were in decent shape. There are no bunkers, which is a shame, but understandable.

Even on a Sunday afternoon behind a slow threesome, I still had a sub-4 hour round.

Would definitely go back and play this again if I'm in the area.

A little bit of slow play due to school teams playing. Hole 7 is closed and you have to back track and cut over. Creeks looked polluted and reeked of sewage.

Enjoyed the course other than the above items.

Fun course. Good greens. Only thing is it has a lot of elevated greens.

Rained the night before, cart path only, seventh hole messed-up, was told it has been like that for a while now

Had some issues with rain damage on a few holes, one fairway was closed and that par 4 was 123 yards with a quarter mile drive to get to it. It looked like my second eagle on the card but…Greens were very good for winter, and repairs were under way. Best cheeseburger I’ve had at a golf course.

I grew up playing this course and have always liked playing it but it needs some work. Hopefully over the spring they will get it back in shape.

Playable for every skill level. Challenging course, and a whole lot of fun .

Golf "manager" treats you like dirt because you are buying through golf now. Don't go unless the city fires him.
