A great little hidden gem. Nice views, greens in excellent condition. Can't beat it for the price.

I love playing this course because it really challenges my short game with the short cut rough and fast greens. They always have a great price for 18 holes.

I played my first ever round of golf here 3 years ago, Todays round was only my second, It won't be 3 years before I return this time only 2 days. For the money this was a great value, Very nice 9 hole course & the greens were excellent. I'm struggling and need to play on a stress free course. No sand & no water , Its a little tight to give some challenge but its a great course for beginners & people like me who love the game but do not play well & need to just have fun & this is a place for that.

This course is one of my favorites. The course is well maintained, very enjoyable and relaxing to get a round in.

Love the hill country feel and views are awesome. Greens in great shape.

The course can be crowded if the weather is nice. There are also families and seniors who can make for slow play.

When you see the low price you assume the course won't be in good shape and the greens will be furry. However, that is not the case at Point Venture. The course was in really good condition and the greens were true and reasonably fast.

This little nine hole course is in very good shape and offers a number of challenges. The elevated greens and narrow fairways forces you to manage your game. You have to keep it straight or risk jail among the trees.

For a local 9 hole course, it was manicured like a resort course! It was a 52 mile trek to get there but the reviews were great- and I see why- I'm really glad I made the trip! And I'll be back. Love the course and the pro shop gentleman was very cordial.

Started play mid-day just as the morning players (mostly members, I think) were finishing, and we almost had the course to ourselves. It was in great condition, greens and fairways were immaculate. Too bad more people don't drive out to take advantage of this place.

Great Value. It is an easier course that is very short but very fun to play. Great views of Lake Travis.

Course if fairly tight so it will help you when you play unforgiving courses.I've played this course for 25-30 yrs and course and staff have improved GREATLY over last couple of yrs.Is without a doubt one of best 9 hole courses in Texas.

Great bang for your buck. The greens are not all that great, but the rest is great.

Course condition is fabulous! It gets better every time I play.

The staff was very polite. The course itself was fun to play on. It was my first time playing here and I am already looking forward to going back.

Great course for first day of summer golf round with junior high and high school daughters. Fairways nice, greens in good condition. Challenging holes but not daunting holes. We will be playing here again. It's worth the short drive from Austin.

This is only 9 holes, but plays like a regular course. 18 holes just sends you through it twice. Greens were in good shape and overall its a nice facility. We arrived right after a tournament had finished, so we had the course to ourselves. We never saw another player until the last half of the back 9. We play nearby Lago Vista often, and this is at least as nice a course. I hope it's usually not too crowded. Its great for Juniors too, as it has dedicated tees that effectively make it a straight Par 3.

Good shape, fair landing zones in fairways. Greens are well maintained. Views of the lake from some fairways. pace of play good and friendly patrons.

My Wife and I had a blast here. It's 9 holes, and you just play them twice. The course was well kept and the greens were great. We have been playing for years, but are not experts by any means. For the average player that's out to have a good time will love this course. It's challenging enough for the better players to still enjoy themselves. We never felt a pressured pace as we played, which means a lot to us. The staff was very nice as well. We'll be back with more friends.
