About
Hidden Falls Golf Club is a Leon Howard design that opened in 1974. The course cuts through a pecan grove on the front and what seems like an ocean of water on the back, creating two totally different golf experiences. Howard uncharacteristically left out water on the tight, pecan-lined front, with the wet stuff in play on only one hole. However this one pond plays a role in the best hole on the course, no. 4, which features a pond and waterfall in the landing area off the tee. No. 4 is rated as the most difficult. The more open back nine is dominated by water. No. 10 starts off with a drive of 200-yards-plus over the pond fronting the tee. A small creek comes into play on the next three holes, which lead you to the other signature hole, no. 14. Water lines the left side of the 14th, and the approach is over a small pond. If that's not enough, the final three holes all feature water in play off the tee.

Amazing course. Wide open. Great views.
It’s worth the drive from Liberty Hill, and just about anywhere within an hour. You won’t be disappointed. Great course, wide open, very forgiving. Even the Chicken Caesar wrap from the fridge was delicious.
Go play this course! You won’t regret it!
All around good value.
The only issue I had were the conditions of the greens. My flat stick is the best weapon in the bag. Slow and bumpy make putting more challenging, but manageable. The course and management are very pleasant and well worth the adventure.
Hidden Falls
One of those courses you just feel good about playing. Always have fun and course is always in great shape. Great practice range, friendly staff and the 19th hole restaurant is a big plus.

Nice change of pace
Always friendly staff, good course management and decent greens. Pace of play is usually very good, today was no exception. 18 holes in 3.5 hours. Great mid week getaway.
Fantastic course worth the drive!
We were very pleased with this course and thought it was an amazing value. The course was very lush in excellent condition and had the softest most lush greens have played in Texas on a public course. It was a little bit of a drive for us living in Austin, but it is a beautiful drive and we will definitely be back.
