Mesquite Golf Course

The course and greens are in some of the best condition I’ve seen among public courses this summer.

Haven’t played Mesquite in some years. Good layout and greens were rolling true. Couple holes needed some love on the greens but all in all nice course. Def a must play!

25 bucks with a cart after 2pm on weekends? Yes! At this price is a steal. Greens are awesome and roll true. Usually the type of greens you’ll find for a 80 bucks course. The rest of the course is ok. A few funky holes but fun nonetheless. I will never pay full price but I can’t get enough of the summer deal

Greens lived up to the hype I've been hearing - they were perfect except for a couple spots on a couple greens, but those are barely worth mentioning. Other conditions were as good as could be expected given our brutal summer weather. Great value, will definitely be back.

The greens are amazing considering that there has not been rain in two months and it has broke 100 degrees everyday during that two months.

after 2pm green fee for 25 bucks is a steal anywhere in the US. The greens were fast and rolled pure, equivalent to an $80 plus golf course. The rest of the golf course was similar to a 50 to $60 price range . In my opinion, your paying half the price with this rate, which makes Mesquite golf course the best value in the DFW area. Worth noting, this rate is only available during summer time and expires in September

My second time playing the course and enjoyed my round. This feels like a working man’s course, where you always seem to get paired with a local and have to grind not to 3-putt on these slick greens. This is the best course for the value during the summer hands down. Enjoyed the layout and pace of play for the weekend. The only doc I can give them is not having a beverage cart. My advice, stock up to last you until the turn. Overall great experience and will be back again soon.

The course is a dream for lefty players. Most of the holes turn or play to the right so if you slice, fade, or are a lefty, then this is your course. I can drive a ball 300-350 but on this course, I’d drive it into the trees or rough. So if you have a strong driver, you’ll be playing a few holes with only irons.

Greens are in amazing shape as usual for how dry and hot it is! Some of the best greens i’ve been on in this area. Some areas around the edging of fairway are cracking but what can you expect with this heat

Great course, only thing I didn’t like it was that I couldn’t play solo, They make you okay in fore somes Mandatory, overall the course is great.

I used to play Mesquite GC a lot when I lived in the area

They upgraded the course and made it play way harder adding sand traps, humps and bumps and redoing the putting surfaces

The greens were lightning fast compared to the old course

We popped back out to Mesquite & had a great time. Was very hot, no one ahead of us & played in 3.5 hours. Best muni greens in DFW, course still very good conditions even with the heat. Will be going back soon. Everyone is extremely nice too.

Alway enjoy a round here. Course is in good condition especially since we haven’t had rain in a while.

Have to hit off mats at the range and play with random people sometimes. I personally can’t stand playing golf with people I don’t know. And sharing carts is annoying. Got paired with a guy who was terrible and had to chase his ball around all over the place. They are so worried about pace of play but paired me with some guy who couldn't hit it 100 yards. Just make everyone show their skill at the range. Bad golfers make slow play. Not 3 somes.
