Golfer Reviews
La Quinta
Cart paths need attention.
Course was in good shape.
The layout of the 18th hole is hideous.

Very nice course
It is upscale well maintained not too difficult love those par 3s not too long but require good shot making. Just make sure to bring mosquitos repellent!
Objective Review
Had not played here in 4 years...New to me is the 2 story building...very nice. Be prepared to walk from parking lot or be shuttled to clubhouse.
Played LaQuinta... Greens putt smooth and true; not super fast. Greens on this course are slightly small, this is target golf; challenging.
Open fairways, open to the banger and then narrow to the small greens; greens can almost hold a ball.
Rough is about 1.5 inches; can be a challenge.
Sand bunkers decent, but a 1 or 2 were hard with very little sand.
17th hole is hard to find...you leave the golf course and drive past homes and cross public road,
Laquinta Road...need to mark the path better.
The 18th hole is scenic short Par 4...nice!
Definitely recommend this course for $35 or under.

First time play La Quinta since facility reopened. I play El Dorado in qualifiers few years back - nice. La Quinta played extremely slow - didn't know they allow 5 sums on course. There was a marshal, but not sure he push group. Our playing pairing gave up and left after 9 holes. We skip 10 and played 3 more holes before catching another group. I not sure I will return to this course????
Great value for a weekend round
The course was in good condition as usual, but the pace of play got really slow halfway through the back. Still an awesome hot deal value!
great experience, good course and well worth the cost
My son and i played, and other than the rain for the first 20 minutes, it was a great expereince. Beautiful course, quiet, no one in front or behind. everything was in great shape. Greens on El Dorado were much faster than LaQuinta. Five stars for sure
course with challenging hoes
course was in good condition, greens had been sanded but rolled true for the most part.
La Quinta at Quail Valley
My first time there. Course was in great shape except greens had been recently aerated which affected putting somewhat. Course plays much longer than I am used to. Overall - top notch. I will be back.
The course was awesome
At my age I still like a challenge, the course was great, beautiful fairways and the greens were great! Definitely a challenge but along with the price I got through Golf Now made my experience just awesome. ... can't wait to hit it again!
