About
Originally opened in 1938 as a nine-hole course, Landa Park Golf Course has since expanded by 52 acres in 1969 to make it an 18-hole course. Although it is on the shorter side, the golf course is still entertaining for golfers of all skill levels. Bordering the Comal River, there are some water hazards coming into play on the course. The fairways are wide and there are not many difficult approach shots, making it a more player-friendly golf course. Landa Park Golf Course features small, undulating greens and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Although it is fairly forgiving, Landa Park does have some challenges, including the lengthy par-5 fourth hole that stretches over 550 yards.

I love this place.
I typicl play Thursday at 5 30.
Today I Tee off around 3 30.
Allot of singles and groups of younger kids playing and walking the course.
That day I played by my self initially and by the fourth hole I ran into one of the nicest young New Braunfilian out playing quit well. We decided to play the next few holes together.
During that time I enjoyed golfing in one of the most pristinely beautiful courses in Texas while chatting with a future home town Chamion. He was very respectful and well mannered, definetly had command of his swing.

Overall great little course. Not very long, but does require precise tee shots. Greens are very nice for mid summer in Texas! Loved it and will play again.

A Gem hidden in the city
First time playing this course. Just recently found out about this course hidden in the city. Fairways were in perfect condition. Greens were fast, just had to adjust. Great approach shots. We cant wait to get back here to play

This was a great course, greens were a bit faster than I remember but the course is beautiful in every way. Will for sure be back in the future.
