About
Originally opened in 1938 as a nine-hole course, Landa Park Golf Course has since expanded by 52 acres in 1969 to make it an 18-hole course. Although it is on the shorter side, the golf course is still entertaining for golfers of all skill levels. Bordering the Comal River, there are some water hazards coming into play on the course. The fairways are wide and there are not many difficult approach shots, making it a more player-friendly golf course. Landa Park Golf Course features small, undulating greens and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Although it is fairly forgiving, Landa Park does have some challenges, including the lengthy par-5 fourth hole that stretches over 550 yards.

Father's Day round at Landa
Excellent round off golf , greens were in great condition. Very friendly staff all the way around. I invited 3 golfers that had never played the course and they were impressed as well. They'll definitely return to play again.

For a muni, it's ok
No driving range.
No beverage cart
The grill is lacking most options
The tee-times are spaced 10 minutes apart so pace is slow.
The layout is pretty avg on the front, interesting holes 13-18.
It feels overpriced for the money.

Very nice Course Conditions
The overall condition of the course is great. Greens are nice and fast the fairways are green but could be a little thicker or longer with the grass as there are allot of spots where the ball sits on flat surface.

First round at this course in years
I used to live in the area and played frequently. Hadn't been back in years and was very impressed. Course was in great shape and the new layout was nice. I've always liked the course and the improvements made it even better. Will definitely be back when I get the chance.

Would play it more often, but it always so busy. You have to arrange a tee time two weeks in advance.

Great course! Excellent rates!
You can’t find a better course for the money in this area. The course is in great shape from tees to greens. Book your tee times early (two weeks out) because they fill up fast.
