Baked but great
A fabulous venue and location. Front of house staff were super welcoming, lunch was also good. The course was obviously baked due to the hot weather, but played very well. First time, will definitely be back
Good course
Fun course layout - can be pricey at peak times but one of the better accessible/affordable courses in the area. Fairways played well - greens were a bit tired but overall pretty good. Practice facilities (besides having a range) are decent.
Great golf staff, overly noisy terrace
We played Badgemore for the first time in 10 years. We tee'd off at 16.48 and by the time we reached the 6th tee the noisy music had started on the terrace. It really was quite off putting on the final 3 holes and no mention was made of it at tee off time. The course played well with all areas very well kept. The rough grass was a super hiding place for several of my golf balls. A sufficiently challenging and entertaining course.
Having finished at 21.00 we put clubs away and were told by a delighted waitress that the kitchen had closed at 2100 (!) and the barman said crisps were available in the other bar. I think, seeing our faves, he was moved to rectify it and went to bring some from the other bar.
These two interactions, coupled with the overly loud music and therefore shouted conversations of guests on the terrace, totally transformed our impression of the club. A shame really as we were made to feel most welcome by the green staff and the pro shop staff.
Overall Badgemore offers a good value round in a well kept and interesting course. Greens were a bit long and bumpy for this time of year! We also had people jumping across holes and slowing play. Plus one group were very noisey! Spoilt the last 4 holes!

Best experience so far on Golf Now
Really good golf course. Gives everyone a chance. Tres and greens firm and in good spring condition when others haven’t been.
Course maintenance?
Course was perfect and for price your robbing them doesn't even look like there doing maintenance there doing a brilliant job there if get chance go I will defo be going back and full English in club house even better , not a bad word to say about anything like playing pro
