The Club At Mapledurham

The course for the money is very good. Not overly hard but fair.

Like the majority of most corses the lack of water makes the fairways poor but they have maintained the greens very well.

The greens are still a bit bumpy where they have recently spiked and sanded them.

Would like to play there when we get a drop of rain and the grass has recovered

I would recommend having a game to anyone.

Staff also very nice.

Good shortish track . Greens were the highlight for me .

Great course based in beautiful surroundings. When I turned up I felt I was out of my depth, but the course was well laid out and easy to get around, friendly people everywhere, I ended up playing in a 2 ball as play was held up a little. The grass was burnt due to recent hot weather conditions but still played well and the greens were beautiful green and fast, a great experience for my first time here but will definitely come back again

Played at Maple Durham recently, really enjoyed the course and the facilities the club house had to offer, we will be back for sure again. Everyone was really friendly and it was really nice seeing all skill levels welcome.

Nice course that is not over long and after finishing work quite quick to play as hardly any hills and straight forward

The course is in good condition with dry, fast fairways and hard bouncy greens. Greens are putting to a medium to fast pace.

My wife is a member here and I played yesterday with her and two of our sons.

The course is in reasonable condition given the climate - very hard and bumpy in places. Greens are very good and quite fast. There are some lovely holes and wide fairways.

There is a nice, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere.

The 18th is remarkably tricky as there is a lake which is easy to drop your ball into!

March and April can be difficult

Times for golf course. Preparing the greens for the summers I can say, the greens were in top condition, though hard. Difficult to stop the ball, great challenge.

Nice course but the sand in the bunkers is terrible. I should know I was in most of them🤦🏼‍♂️

I couldn't recommend this golf club enough from the moment you walk in to when you leave you are made so very welcome the bar staff were amazing, Charlie's dad top bloke and the course was in good nick.. just an all round great day. The staff were amazing. Thank you see you all soon

It's December so can't be to harsh, fairways very wet and muddy but greens in good nick on almost all holes. Tees not great but okay and no mates in use.

Main gripe was with conditions the way they were was thst the compressed air blowers were not working and shoes and trolley go in car with "half the course" on them.

As guests thought should get a coffee and roll after to support club and without going into detail quality and cost pretty poor and expensive .

Though the clubhouse is under renovation, staff were very helpful with excellent service attitude!

Enjoyed the visit. Nice shorter than average course, excellently maintained. Good value for money. Some drivable par 4's mixed in with a few long par 3's. Lots of varied holes to keep you interested.

One of the few courses that remained open in early Jan 2024 after loads of rain / flooding in the area.

Impressed by how well it drained.

Greens in particularly were excellent and true.

Course is long enough for driver (and forgiving enough in places …)
