The Club at Pecan Grove - Plantation/Pecan

Played Pecan to Grove today. The Pecan 9 tee to green was in great shape however the greens were not very good. Greens have a lot of crab grass growing on them made putting very difficult. The grove nine was in much better shape, greens had little crab grass, mich better reads and rolls on these greens. Today the pace of play was slow, tournament going on made the back nine drag! Overall a good day of golf!

I played this course 3 weeks ago snd it was in good shape. I therefore brought out 3 friends so I vouched for its conditions. To our disapointment half of the greens were filled with weeds and were extremely lumpy. I couldn't apologize enough to my fellow golfers for vouching for the course as someone clearly dropped the ball on one side of the courses greens. I would even consider asking for a refund and just may.

The work put into the course is beginning to show by late spring should be in good shape.

Bunkers are really nice.

This course is solid, love the 3 different 9’s. Greens have crab grass growing on them which makes it putt and pray. All in all fun course.

Golf course was in very good condition with the amount of rain that the area has received and the lack of sun for the past couple of weeks Good grass coverage in the fairways and the greens were good and fast.

This three 9's course, was a great value for the money. The greens on the Pecan 9 were a bit rough but much better on the Grove 9. Bunkers were not very well maintained / raked but much of that could have been the players themselves. Ball marks all over the greens... again I blame that on lazy players not fixing their ball marks. The fairways were in great shape and the driving range was in decent shape. I still think this was a very nice course for the money and would not only play it again myself but would recommend it to others.

Good course. Fairways and greens are in great condition.

They have made some welcome improvements.

Should be much better this summer.

Friendly staffs at pro-shop, golf course conditions some wet and muddy due to rain the past few days. Good layout, players have moved quickly without waiting. Recommend golfers to try this course.

Was playing late afternoon with my son who is learning the game. In the interest of not being murdered by those playing behind us while learns we play best ball late in the day.. One of the staff was coming down the fairway and saw my son clearly struggling off the tee. He drove up and I explained he was learning and we wouldn't hold anyone back. .. expecting to be admonished for his struggling swing. Instead he told my son he saw he was a baseball player like his son and told him how to correct his swing without embarrassing him. My son went on to play much better and enjoyed the day.

better than expected comparing review from others. overall nice course though very wet today due to heavy rain last two days. worth the price and will play again.
