The layout of this course is let down by the condition of the front nine fairways, really enjoyed the course and if these issues were sorted it would be a GREAT! course

Good course and well worth the money. fairways were pretty parched but greens were in good condition.

Hospitality and registering a little different these days. Signs a bit confusing but course was easy to follow round. Coupe of fairways early on would be better to call lift and place. Tees have seen better days but still playable. Greens on the slow side but no sign of the treatment mentioned in previous reviews. Glad to come back and good to play again. No issuecwith playing again in the near future. I should mention that it is not for the perfectionist or forth low (under 6 h'cap) but always a challenge. Will be back sooner rather than later.

Can't fault the course good greens quite interesting holes only downside very very slow play and not enough time between tee off slots and no course Marshall to hurry play along

Challenging course. Fairways were not great bit greens running smooth.

Fair price and decent pace.

Fairways are in great order. Greens being treated now but still in excellent order. Great variety of holes and hilly and challenging. You have to cross the race course twice which can hold you up if timing coincides with a race. Bit it’s professionally managed and seamless...And what a lovely distraction watching these superb animals thunder past you...best seat in the house. Even great friendly banter with the jockeys as they go to

Post. Out of Covid times I’d 5 star it as we couldn’t experience the hospitality....

Very very slow

Two parties ahead of us, slowest golfers I have ever seen.....

Tee blocks fair, fairways badly need attention for some holes, bunkers had improved dramatically since last round, approaches to greens fair, but some greens need some attention, but on the whole were running true

The course is very well laid out, spacious and broad. It's quite tight off the tee in many of the longer holes but will broaden on fairways. The course condition is good and many of the bunkers have been worked on, raked and are playable. Fairways are patchy in some areas but the grass is well cut. The greens are of good speed and challenging due to their undulation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Practice areas can do with being worked on especially the bunkers there, where grass is growing in them! The green off the practice bunker is brown. Nice putting practice area and the range is a great bonus here. Overall, for me this course offers a very good value for money, especially as a beginner golfer. Will be returning. Thank you.

Another great deal though GolfNow, this is the main way i play golf now the app is really good just wish more course would give access.

Lovely parkland course which actually has an interesting layout.

Driveable holes are actually reigned in by good feature placement and offers a risk and reward tee or makes you think about placement.

The course itself needs some TLC. Tee boxes were overgrown and many where slanted and didn't offer a good footing. Bunkers were growing fauna. The greens were in a good condition but were slow could do with a rolling.

For the money it was an enjoyable round of golf.

A few bunkers need sorting as weeds are growing and all should be raked daily but seems they have been left for weeks or months.

The course is well layer out and some really nice holes, no need for a driver here more a thinking course will certainly play again and hope those bunkers are sorted.

Course was better for the rain we have had 5th Hole still very difficult due to the slope on the fairway and the lack of semi rough to the right hand side however great course. The biggest issue with the 19th hole is as its attached to a hotel you pay top £ for your pre & post drinks.

Wasn't the best-kept course; some of the fairways acyually had grass missing and the greens were very slow due to different lengths.
