Lovely location
The corse itself was beautiful
Unfortunately tho Golf now booked us at the same time as a 3 ball so out T time was delayed and we had to join a single golfer so we were able to play our round
Me and my husband don’t get a lot of time together so to have to join other plays was a bit disappointing
Good course, some challenges and peaceful
I really enjoy playing this course. It’s got some challenging holes but overall a fairly average course thats well maintained and quite peaceful
Great value
The green staff have been working so hard to get the course in shape. For March it exceeded expectations.
Excellent course even coming out of winter
Super course, some challenging holes, some forgiving, winter tees could have been in better condition but the course itself was in good condition considering it was mid-March. Overall, very good experience and the course improvements make a positive difference.
Great value for money
It’s a fun course layout with some really nice holes. I played in March and the weather had been wet but course had held up pretty well.
Worth playing
Played this course for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how well maintained it was considering recent weather. Only little issue was that on a few holes the winter mats didn't have anywhere to place a tee. Apart from that will revisit in the spring time
An enjoyable afternoon
First time here - will be back to play again!
A forgiving course, particularly good for the higher handicapper, but not without challenges for the better player.
Pace of play was good- the three of us went round (walking) in three and a quarter hours.
Excellent value for money and generally in good condition.
Friday golf
Early start with just a hint of the first frost of autumn. Greens excellent, course played great, fourball in front let our 2 ball thru as soon as we caught up, great morning golf
AVOID like the plague
They need to get the marshals out on the course. My tee-slot was at 2 p.m., and ahead of me were 2 slow 4-balls on 1st and 2nd, a 2-ball, a 4-ball, and 2 3-balls waiting to tee off.
The 3-ball had zero etiquette. The first one teed off, and only then did the next player even get his club out of the bag.
2 pm became 2.45...
Eventually gave up and walked off.
AVOID like the Plague!
They need to get serious about the extreme lack of golf etiquette. My tee slot was at 2 p.m. At that time, were two 4-balls in sight on the course: a 4-ball waiting, a 2x2-ball waiting, and a 3-ball.
Cue teeing off nearly an hour late; after 5 holes I walked off.
Where are the course marshalls???
Value
For £17 we played a round in blistering heat, noone behind or in front. Course layout is interesting, with some really good holes. Short enough to encourage 18 handicappers to shoot low if they keep it straight. Greens not to a high standard but ran true
Sunshine golf
Course in excellent condition but bunkers still need a bit of work. Greens very good, very good pace of play .staff are friendly and helpful.
Disappointing play speed
The playing speed at Priors hall was extremely disappointing, with players infront of us walking off the course and having to wait two hours plus to play two holes, changes must be made here. No warning before play was given by staff about the wait times and our money was wasted completely.
