Runcorn Golf Club

Played 4th July, course was in great condition. Greens excellent. A little slow play even at an early start due to one player in front in particular but it didn't spoil our round. Some greens and tees quite close which needed a lille patience. Tree lined course which is not forgiving. Not the longest of courses but Bryson would be destroyed here. Straight hitters paradise. Enjoyed the course immensely, just wish people repaired their divots.

Great course to play and in great condition. A challenge for all standards of golfer. Just a shame no twilight golf rates offered to make it better value when unable to complete the full 18 holes.

Not the most interesting of courses but best greens I’ve played on this year

course from 3rd starts to ramp up the challenge few narrow tree line fairways so i found driving iron helpful position is important

My wife is 2 years into her golf journey and starting to play well. She is not a member anywhere yet and we try and play Runcorn a few times a year as it is great value for 18 holes. It is a fair course for all levels of golfer. It was presented very well as recent conditions have been so dry - must be a challenge for the greens staff. A lot of ground clearance has really tidied up the course. Great place to play golf with a pint and good after.

Enjoyable course to play for all levels of golfer. Greens looked like they had recently been treated so where a little dry with the dressing . Good course and recommended.

Played 7am Sunday morning. Course was in great condition. Greens pretty quick and running true. Great value for money and well worth a visit.

Great course narrow tree lined fairways . The only issue was that golf now paired us with another two ball which we were unaware of until we were at the tee. Would not use golf now again for this reason .

Played this course today for the first time, it's an excellent layout some challenging par 3s and and short par 4s superb condition for time of year.

Playing late October after heavy rain, I was impressed the course was still open. A little wet underfoot all tees where off mats of good quality. Fairways good (narrow, need to be accurate) and greens in lovely condition. All of which where summer greens. Will definitely play again, easy to navigate and played at a decent pace.

Enjoyed our round. Greens in really good condition but several fairways are wet causes balls to plug with little to no run. Give the bunkers a miss.

Fabulous days golf would recommend anybody to play the course it’s fab and in great condition for this time of year
