Unlucky day
Got a tee time on there championship day unknown by me ,played nine very nice ,but was told to replay the front nine as an important game was on ,understandable I went back to the first but decided to call it a day, not their fault just bad planning
Over Priced Over Booked
The course itself is a nice course, it's a shame about the everything else. For £40 per person we were very disappointed. The course itself was dramatically over booked, (at one point there were 4 groups playing one hole, with one waiting on the tee.) Service from staff was appalling, ask for service 3 times, all times told someone would be straight over. after 20 minutes of waiting we left.
Amazing golf and facilities
This was our first time playing and from the moment we arrived until the end, via the 9th hole half way house we had an amazing time. Playing conditions were fabulous. Staff nothing short of fabulous a l in all a wonderful day. We are not staying at the course but would definitely come back to stay.
Excellent layout
The course is well laid out and a very good test of golf, unfortunately when we played the fairways hadn’t been cut and therefore there wasn’t any layout definition, it was also like playing every shot from the rough. The greens where sanded and not at their best. Hopefully the course should be better as the year progresses
Course
Lots of out of bounds areas along the fairway and greens are not well maintained. Would expect more from a weekend course.
my favourite
Cant say enough about this course. As much as its a challenge its also enjoyable as any course I ever played. No hole is the same and the layout is superb. Made enquiries about a membership as soon as I finished playing
Rain Proof
Incredibly wet day with many other courses in the area flooded. Course was in fantastic condition despite further rain throughout the day.
Ufford is a great challenge of golf, and a great stay
Ufford Park is a great challeneg of golf for all abilities, a number of different challenging holes from the tight tee on 4, the long 6, dog leg 8th, to name a few. Facilities are excellent and staff are very frindly. Rounds can be long if course is busy. We have helkd a 12 ball chalenge here for the last 23 years and still go back every year
