Esplanade Golf and Country Club of Naples

The course was fancy, but with deep rough and wet fairways, it was a tough round. We were in a tournament so play was slower, more shots due to not being able to get it out of the rough. Carts do have GPS, which is good. Since this was my first time playing it, I will come back and play it again. But it is almost 50 miles from my house, so need to make sure I won't get rained out.

I was surprised the course was actually open. The course was very soft and wet from all the rain and they just top dressed the greens. It would have been nice to know this. If I would have known this I wouldn’t have played. I’ve played this course many times and love the course and the employees I just had this one poor experience.

This was a very nice course. It wasn't too hard, wasn't too easy. Plenty of tee boxes the fairways were good size and the greens were in good shape. The course was well taken care of oh, the people are nice at the bag drop and in the Pro Shop. I don't really have anything bad to say about the course.

I plan on a Saturday afternoon. It looks like the greens were aerated about 3, 3 and 1/2 half weeks ago. Are in good shape. The tee boxes were excellent and so are the fairways. The course was not overly difficult or very easy. A lot of dog legs left and right. Water on most of the course but does not come into play much unless you hit it wild. Rolling Fairways , and the greens we're not that fast but with the undulations were not that easy to putt on but not overly difficult. Definitely would be back. The people in the Pro Shop, bag drop, cart guys were all really nice.

course is in good shape - even the greens. BUT - only 6 minutes from flight to flight is not enough! We had a lot of waiting time. There is a lot of construction work around the course (new houses, etc.). That is very noisy and disturbing.

Great place overall. Greens ran true and were in shape (10.5). Some tee boxes (gold) were a bit beat up on the front but great on the back. Some fairways were aerated but still in shape. Some noise on the back with the construction. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for splid value in the off-season (post March).

Nice course but lots of construction and way over priced especially for April. Course was empty.

Very forgivable from the tees greens are very large and receptive lots of fun to play. Perfect greens for putting perfect condition. Would play again for sure

I love this course used to be cheaper to play but I was able to get a 48$ rate at 250pm right after tiger won the masters

Course was in excellent condition and pace of play was good. Enjoyed the round and will definitely be back.

Course was in very good condition. Wide, generous fairways, very well manicured, interesting layout and overall a fair challenge. Green speed was just over 10. What you see is what you get!...no hidden trouble. However, the course is a little in the pricey side, but reportedly only $39 in the summer.

Very nice course. Staff was excellent. Round was going slow until ranger spoke to a group in front of us (7th hole). After that, the pace was great. Many interesting holes but no hole was ridiculously challenging or unfair. Greens were interesting and well maintained.
