Excellent course, back 9 phenomenal

Course in tip top shape. Beautiful course, with an especially attractive back 9 with great closing holes from 15-18. Fairly forgiving course as well, more than fair. Tee boxes, fairways, rough, and greens in great shape. Greens rolling!

Very happy to have played this course. Definitely coming back.

This course was in excellent shape and played great. The bunkers were in excellent condition. Fairways and greens were outstanding. Many of the approaches are designed to be tight. All around it was very enjoyable day. Kudos to Chef Mike for the great Irish Stew at the 19th hole!

I really enjoy playing at Champions Gate usually never have a problem until today

Very slow play I understand people like playing alone but there comes a time to pair players up. I was a single 2 hours for the first 9 not so bad but then it got extremely ridiculous nearly 2 hours to play the next 3 holes the ranger came by at hole 10 and said it’s going to be slow but that’s ridiculous 2 groups ahead of us green was cleared they were still in the tee box so by this point I got frustrated and quit on 13.

If anything I would like to see this get better

Great Track! Even Better Staff

This is my second time playing Championsgate CC. I have avoided playing this course more often due to the insane amount of traffic that bottlenecks right at the Champions Gate exit off of I-4 (nightmare!). To my suprise the traffic wasnt bad at all for our early tee time on Friday morning. Course was beautiful. Greens were true! Fairway was nice. The rough was challenging, as it should be with this layout. This course has taken my "Favorite Public Course" title in the Orlando area. It used to be Celebration CC, but this one is just awesome. Long, challenging, and dangerous, but not penalizing. Perfect combo.

Disney trip

We stayed in Champions Gate community and golfed 3 courses in the area. We booked Champions Gate CC through Golf Now. Customer service was excellent from the time we checked in until the end of our round. I golfed with my 16-year-old grandson who is high school golfer. We found the course to be challenging yet a fun layout. Will definitely play next time we are in the area.
