For it being mid July in florida the course is in perfect condition. Plays great and has some easy and some hard holes. Definelty recommend playing if you can

The course is in fabulous shape! The tee boxes, fairways, and rough were nicely managed. The greens were aerated recently, but in good shape. Beautiful layout!

I would've given a higher rating, but our cart died on the 4th hole, which was replaced in about 10 minutes, we didn't see the beverage cart on the back 9, very disappointing, and pace of play could've been better we hit a back up at hole 15.

Good course, front 9 and back 9 really different. Front wide open, back more water and hazards. Smaller greens which is nice to keep the 3 putts away. Decent place to eat and range balls are included in the round.

Course is in good condition, don’t get it twisted. Greens were recently airated though, so they were impossible to gauge. Also, when I made the turn to #10 I was rolling up to my ball in the middle of the fairway (might’ve been the best drive of the day) and a course employee came flying up behind me to tell me that “THE BACK IS CLOSED YOU PLAY THE FRONT TWICE!”…my response? Oh, I didn’t know. Nobody told me. Lack of communication at this course was its downfall. The guy that loaded my clubs onto the cart, the lady checking me in at the front desk, and the actual starter on hole #1 all failed to mention that the back nine was closed. Very interesting. Overall, meh. I might come back when the greens are better and the whole course is open.

The greens are overgrown after punching them.

They have you play the front 9 twice because the back is closed.

They sell more rounds than they should, so when you make the turn to go back to hole one you’re stuck behind 4 groups.

Saw a couple of members in their carts on two different holes playing 6 deep.

Champions Gate Country Club course is wonderful. Well layed out and great up keep. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

I love this golf course! It is in great condition and much fun to play. If you hit an errant shot you may get penalized and be in a sand trap but at least you can find your ball. The restaurant is okay but pricey. 8 tried the chicken salad sandwich and was disappointed. One dallop of the chicken salad on each half of the sandwich leaves one eating mostly the bread.

I’ve shot 80 here and I’ve shot 92 here depending on the wind. That being said, I love the complimentary range balls and the practice green is expansive and pretty accurately matched the course greens. The course is spread out, so walking is not an option. Great layout that is challenging, but not too difficult. I typically play it from the blue tees, which sometimes share a tee box with the black tees. Good mix of par threes and the par 5s are reachable in two if the wind is down, or favorable. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you can find rates less than $45. Definitely worth every penny.

Course was in great condition.tees, fairways and greens brilliant. Been here a week played 5 other courses and this was best by a long way.

Got soaked on first hole, and rain continued for 5 holes, but am amazed at how well the course, and specifically the greens, held the water. Course is in fantastic shape. One of best layout/condition course in Central Florida....PERIOD.

Fun course to build your confidence. Generous Wide Fairways! Great Layout. Greens were sanded! A little high in $ for low season.
