This is a Jack Nicholas designed course. i think Jack forgot that not everyone is a pro or scratch golfer. Par score is difficult to come by. The pin locations were very fair but getting there in regulation required consistent ball striking. one mistake will earnyou a quad.

Enjoying the view

I had a very enjoyable round of golf. It was surprisingly difficult with tiny greens and water and play on virtually every hole. I played different tees on each nine. Course condition was excellent. I will be back.

A great course in Puerto Penasco

Got to course for my 10am tee time and place was pretty much empty. They had a deal to play 18 holes for $45 with cart, a fantastic steal. Course is only 9 holes but has multiple tee boxes so I played 9 holes from white tees and second 9 from gold tees. Staff was great and course in Fantastic shape.

Lots of maintenance folks on course keeping it in A+ shape. A short drive from the sandy beach hotels.

Will play again on my next vacation to PP.

Close drive if staying in sandy beach, it's one nine that you play twice, which is really cool and different. Great condition, beautiful course. Lost of water and sand and it can be windy being close to the ocean, We are going back next time in Rocky Point.
