Classic Private Club
Played in a charity scramble tournament. Course is fairly long (6400 yards from the white tees). Classic layout with lots of elevation change and mature trees.
Conditions were excellent. Tees were in good shape. Fairways were cut tight and the rough was playable. The greens were smooth and FAST.. Maybe a little too fast. Downhill putts were frightening. We had one uphill putt that we missed and it rolled 15’ back down the hill.
Staff was friendly, though I didn’t have lots of contact with them. If you can score an invitation to Los Coyotes, take it. Just keep the ball below the hole on the greens.
