Dad Miller Golf Course

Course was not in as good of condition as it usually is. Also, this used to be a par 70, for some reason they turned hole 15 into a par 3. This was a tough but very cool par 4 in the past.

This is one of the poorly maintained golf courses I’ve played in a long time. The tee boxes were over grown, the fairways were non-existent, greens were kinda maintained a bit. But there’s standing water all over the course, lots of places on the so called fairways that were over saturated it felt like you were standing on a swamp just under your feet. This was my first and last time playing this course.

Fairway conditions were way below standard for dad miller. You should never have to hunt for a ball middle

of fairway. Nothing smooth about them.

I recently played at Dad Miller Golf Course, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The course conditions were quite poor, with fairway shots that felt like hitting from an out-of-bounds lie, thanks to numerous patches of dead grass scattered throughout. I've played on better-maintained courses for a fraction of the cost.

To make matters worse, we found ourselves stuck behind a group of golfers who struggled significantly with their game. They took multiple shots off the tee, and one player even walked the 18 holes, which only slowed down the pace further. The ambassador on duty seemed to be oblivious to the slow play, as this group would often hit a ball just a few feet in front of them and watch it as if it were their first time ever hitting a golf ball.

Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to play at Dad Miller again unless it were free.

Really, really busy course, but they keep it moving. Everybody hustled along, so it was not bad. I enjoyed it.

Paired up with another single who was a pleasure to golf with. For the most part, the fairways reflected good care and the greens were very fast. It was fun to make the adjustment. I am a high handicap senior citizen and my partner was a single digit handicap player. A fun round of golf that was under four hours with no one behind us and a foursome in front of us that respected time. The Golf Now app made this a good value with a cart and I could easily walk this course.

From the moment I checked in till dropping off the golf cart the staff members were friendly and made the decision to Golf at Dad Miller worth it.
