Dad Miller Golf Course

Played the back nine. Lots of fairway browning, appeared to have a drainage problem (ground kind of "soupy" in several spots), but most disappointing was having to follow a somewhat slow five-some (allowed?) while we were a threesome being pushed by our following foursome. I picked up my ball on two holes just to try to keep pace for the next foursome. Finished hot and frustrated.

Joint the group but no need share the cart with strangers, this way made us very relaxed and comfortable to play golfing. It is more easier to play lower score as part of 3 of hole 15 from par 5 and so many blue tees and white tees all set at Red tee boxes that day. Pretty slow pace of walking young players.

Played yesterday on a Hot Deal and it was perfect. Play was on time and we got the round done in under 4 hours. Plenty of a mix of par 3, 4 and 5. Ready for another round!!!

there was a group of 5 players who were told they couldn't play 5 by the pro shop. i was told they would be split up into 3 and 2 (with 2 singles) in the 2nd group. well, they split into 2 and 3 and i became their 4th in the 2nd group. on the 2nd tee, i asked them if we could split into 3 and 3 and the group of 2 said no. throughout the day, those 2 players hit multiples balls off the tee (sometimes hitting 3 times each) which was frustrating to watch. as we approached the 15 tee box, they decided to combine all five which made me their 6th. i hit my tee shot, picked up my ball, and called it a day as i got squeezed out (im not going to play in a 6some). i mentioned it to the club house before i left for home. it was a shame bc i was hitting a low score up to the 15th hole.

I didn’t know the greens were being aerated when I went to Dad Miller Golf Course. The greens were in very poor condition, which made it difficult to enjoy the round. I wish the course had clearly notified golfers about the aeration before booking.

Was a member for the last year booked a T time on Golf Now and they wouldn’t homer my discount . This was never the case before I would golf there about 4-5 times a month I figure about 350 to 400 a month . Cancelled my membership and will golf elsewhere they didn’t give one ……. My advice is play elsewhere the course isn’t really that much fun now that they reduced hole 15 to a three par.

Course was not in as good of condition as it usually is. Also, this used to be a par 70, for some reason they turned hole 15 into a par 3. This was a tough but very cool par 4 in the past.

This is one of the poorly maintained golf courses I’ve played in a long time. The tee boxes were over grown, the fairways were non-existent, greens were kinda maintained a bit. But there’s standing water all over the course, lots of places on the so called fairways that were over saturated it felt like you were standing on a swamp just under your feet. This was my first and last time playing this course.
