Davis Golf Course

Very enjoyable short course. Great for beginners but also offers a challenge for more experienced players. Plenty of trouble off the tee to get in to. Hit almost all the clubs in my bag. 10 bucks for 18 for the weekday twilight rate, fantastic deal.

We play here all the time. $23 to walk 18 holes even on Saturday & Sunday mornings. The course is fantastic for that value. It's a nice place to play that isn't too challenging. Love it

I have been playing this course wince the mid 1970's almost on a weekly basis as I belong to the Davis Golf Club. One of the best things about this course is the ground screw led by Jerry Lillidoll, he makes sure the sand traps are in awesome shape, good fluffy sand, not dirt like 90% of other courses within 100 miles of here.

The greens are in good shape 95% of the time, sometimes the winter does it's thing to the greens but they recover well.

This course is loaded with trees, several water hazards, and plenty of bunkers.

The course is flat with very little elevation change. There are some long par 3's and only 1 par 5 on the course. You need to have your accuracy swing on because of the par 3's and the bends in the fairways. Some par 4's are drivable if you are a long ball hitter.

There is a little café/grill, they make the BEST PATTY MELT this side of the Mississippi !!!!!!!

This is the best walking course I have been to. I a real pleasure walk. The people who work there are the best.

This is a fun course to play, especially for golfers that don't hit the long drives. It is not too hard to get on par 4s in regulation for the average golfer. The greens are in nice shape but not easy. It is a short course and only a par 67 but I think it is a challenge for older golfers. It is an easy walk so good exercise.

Great course for the price. Most fairways and greens are in good condition. Got my last round for $10 on a hot deal. Can’t beat that. Pace of play was okay. Looked like some groups jumped back on the track for the back nine cause things really slowed down around hole 12. Nonetheless, great day and good course for the price.

Singles mixed between 2 somes. No marshals to speed up play. Left after 9 holes. Pairings were ridiculous. Staff had no answers for this and was very rude. Never play there again. This is a short course and u should b able to play in 3 and a half hrs not 9 in 2 1/2 hrs.

200 yard par 3 is the most difficult hole. Lots of trees to get in the way of the errant shot, so keep it straight. Sand traps are in good condition, water does not really come in to play much. Fun short course that still lets you pull out the driver, just keep it straight.

Just outside of David you have incredible views of the surrounding farmlands! We played on what seemed like the first day of fall and it could not have been a more enjoyable round for my wife and I.

Always enjoy playing this course full of short par 4’s. Get in the fairway of the tee and have.a short iron to the green. Always a good time

It’s a nice course and has a neat, yes challenging layout. Pace of play can be slow.

Really enjoyed my round as usual. Good playing conditions.
