Fairways in great shape
The fairways are in great shape at Seven Hills. The greens were punched recently and roll nicely but a couple of greens have patches of diseased grass.
Played in the afternoon and it was uncrowded. Played through a walking twosome and if the round in less than three hours.

Great Improvements to Conditions
Played this course months ago and was not impressed but they have made big improvements to fairways and greens are in great shape even during reseeding. Great value.

The greens are nice and for the most part, the course is forgiving. There were a few bare spots in a couple of the fairways but that's it. Good shots are rewarded. Find the fairway here and you will have a good round!

The holes are majority straight shots or with a little bend. Very beginner friendly but still fun with and challenging because if trees, sand traps and the distances.
