Seven Hills Golf Club

Had senior foursome . One player was local and has played course many times. The rest of us were from Ramona, Oceanside, and Carlsbad. We played from the white tees. Fairways were wide, with trees on both sides.

There was water on some holes, but not really a challenge

Pace of play was great... 4 hr round.

Greens were small and a couple were not in good shape.

Great round with some good friends at a good value.

19th hole we had some beers & menu items. Were told kitchen closed in 10 minutes, so we placed our orders.

Would play again for sure.

With the abundance of rain this winter, I expected a lush course. The fairways were in good condition, and sand has been added to the bunkers, However, the areas around the greens are patchy and can give bad lies to a slightly off target shot. A lot of the rough has been invaded by gophers making it more penal than normal. Management needs to ask the question......are course conditions adding strokes to our players scores?

Play was great. But the course is not in great shape. Either too long of grass or no grass in many places. Greens were pretty bad shape.

Nice fairways and nice layouts. Most of the greens were in pretty good condition with a couple they are working on that we called for two putt greens. Sand traps are a little hard so sometimes you have to chip out rather than sand wedge out but not the worst I've seen. Overall, my buddies and I like the course and play it often.

Course backed up though first 11 holes no cart girl to offer refreshments during the round it would have been nice considering the wait on our round. Also bathrooms were dirty and lacked attention. In closing a few of the greens were poor the money they saved for not paying a cart girl at least spend it on the greens . Luckily the restaurant had a cold drink after the round .

Course is in pretty good shape except for a couple rough greens. Pace of play was good. We enjoyed our round.

This has become one of my regular courses. For a decent price one can play a course with decent fairways and above average greens. Yes, the 13th green is still in a state of disrepair - and has been for a couple of years! And the tees are uneven and in rough shape. But the fairways have grass (unlike a few courses I have played), and with the exception of the 13th green, the green are above average. I don't want to say too many good things about this course because I don't want it to get too busy! Even the restaurant is pretty good. And the prices are reasonable.

I always enjoy playing at Seven Hills. Generally in great shape but a couple of greens are a bit crusty. They are improving though. Friendly staff and nice bar and restaurant. The bar closes way too early.

I played this course a couple of months ago and was surprised to see how much the greens had deteriorated. My golfing partner thought they were having some type of fungus problem. Maybe this is just a winter time issue for them.

Enjoyed the layout and fun to play. Not many challenges, but needs some work. Green #13 is almost not potable due to damage. Overall in good shape. Good course for the price. Would play again.

Most of the employees are so rude, today this guy at the counter was the last straw, walked off without playing because he was so blatantly rude, even other golfers were taken aback by his attitude, enjoy the 41 bucks, last you're getting from me!
