I was very disappointed to see the conditions of the course, especially when paying that kind of money. The greens were in excellent condition yet that was it. The tee boxes were in very bad shape. Torn up and very uneven. The fairways were full of weeds and very patchy dry/dirt spots. I have played this course numerous times and was saddened to see its decline. They also had very poor patched area grass spots around the fairways. The worst was on the 9th hole where they put a ring of new sod around the green about three feet wide that was thicker than most rough on courses.

It is my hope that this course will come back to what it was. Unfortunately, until then, I will spend my $95 at another course.

Perfect evening with good friends (met on course). Staff was super friendly and helpful. As a single walker, I was joined with a group on carts. Pace was fine and green conditions are excellent. Highly recommend this option when pricing is discounted -- twilight.

During the week the prices are great. The course is in AMAZING condition. Fairways are great. Greens are great. Tee boxes are great. Hats off to the greens keepers over there. Such a great course. Good job guys.

We were the 2nd group out. 1st group was a 3-some. We were also a group of 3 so the pace was perfect. O real waiting.

They did have 1 temporary green but other than that the course is in excellent shape.

First time playing since the 2018 renovation. Fun routing, interesting hole variety, plays every club and shot you have. Played on a hot day so they applied extra water to the green surrounds, so playing any sort of bump and run was not an option, which was unfortunate because it certainly is a links style design. I will definitely come back and play it again soon. Greens and fairways are in excellent condition.

It’s very unfortunate it’s so hard to score a tee time at this hidden Bay Area gem. I haven’t played this track since its changed from Palo Alto Muni, mainly due to the fact it’s so hard to score a decent tee time. I was finally able to score an early Saturday tee time “Friday cancellation” this weekend and was blown away at the layout and course condition! It truly feels like you are in a whole new area! The special thing for me was how all the par 3’s felt unique and how you had to play the course rather than just swing the club straight. I’ll be back, just hoping I can snag another tee time!

Lovely course with a really interesting layout and challenging greens. A private course kind of quality at a public course. Surprised we finished in 4:20 so late in the day.

First off the starter gives you a 10 min lecture about the course. 2 hr for front is expected 2 for back.

He was rude asked us if we were woke for some reason. We played 9 came up to go to 10 and the started comes and tells us we are being we need to pick it up. I looked at my watch, we were 2 hrs 5 min and no one behind us. He was rude about it.

The couse condition was very poor. Fairways were in bad shape. Greens slow and bumpy.

I will never go back. One of the crapiest course I ve played and paid 109 bucks. Aint worth it.

First time back since it was old PA Muni. What a great job they did! Love the links style course w/ run-out.

Staff supper friendly and the green were excellent! They have a hole w 2 separate greens for variety. Also, a blind par 3 on the back 9 similar to the 'Dell' in Ireland (i believe it is).

Played here after a few days after big rainy days. Was told a day prior the course is in good shape with minor puddling on a few holes. Turns out, there were puddles and soggy grounds on EVERY hole. Was told Cart path only upon arrival. Pace slowed down significantly - more groups were walking and was backed up all day. Took 1:30 hrs to finish the 4th hole. Would have skipped the round if I had known true conditions.

Just too slow. We were a foursome waiting to tee off on every hole. After 12 holes we quit because of the back up we could see ahead of us.

Management is cashing out and not doing any upkeep of the course. Tough to see because it’s a nice redesign. $130 to play is not worth it. Where is the pride in greens keeping? Weeds have taken over this course and they’re letting it happen. Greens are in rough shape, no putts roll pure.

Great course. Fairways get a lot of roll, sand traps had sand and the greens were in great shape. This is a well maintained course. I will definitely play this course again.

First time playing this course, really liked it. The course was in beautiful condition, fairways run a little better and for me that is great. Greens were in great shape, fast and very tricky. Liked their bunkers, had sand. I will definitely play this course again.

This course blew us away. It took a while but we finally got to play this course. Tee times at 15 minute intervals made sure groups weren’t bunched up and not hurried. Pace of play was just right. Fairways were great. Greens were challenging but not slippery. The afternoon bay winds figured into the club selections. We had a great time and will definitely come back
