About
The Sunshine/Vista Course at the Interlocken Golf Club is one of three courses offered at the facility. The courses were designed by a team of famous golfers, David Graham who was a U.S. Open Champion in 1981 and Gary Parks. They are all nine-hole courses that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The mountainous terrain creates dramatic elevation changes. Interlocken Golf Club's greens are difficult to read and feature lots of undulation. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play. The beautiful scenery of the course allows for beautiful views and sometimes golfers can even see a fox or deer roaming the golf course.

Winter rules a must
A challenging layout. Greens in nice condition but much like last year early season is not kind to this course as far as fairways go. There are bare spots everywhere. They had just aerated a few of the fairways. No major issues there but all other courses I’ve played this year are in much better condition. I’m guessing mid summer will be much. Better
Poorly maintained tees, fairways need work
Additional to above, excellent and challenging layout; superior practice facilities; quality carts (incl. GPS); well-maintained and challenging greens. All the aircraft taking off is annoying, but can’t be helped. On course beverage/drink service is consistent/reliable. Had a service that loaded our bags from car to cart and parked cart at practice facility - something unique and appreciated. Men’s locker room was very poor, but that’s an issue for the members.
Cartpath only
The course had been recently aerated and it was cartpath only. It made for a long, heart pounding day. Lots of terrain changes too hike up and down. It easily could, should have been 90 degrees. Many of the tee boxes were covered in sand.
Very challenging course, with fast, " unflat" slopey greens.
It was a cloudy, cool day and the course was pretty open. Even still, it took over 4 he because of all the hill walking. Would have been a 5-6hr round if the course was busier.
Enjoyed the round, but call ahead if there is a possibility the conditions could be cartpath only.
1st Timer
The course was in good shape for it being early in the season. The layout was challenging but not unfair from a playability stand point. Pace of play was somewhat slow but that was due to CPO.
I look forward to playing the course again!

Amazing Course
Highly recommended this course. Even for beginners.
Condition of course could be bettter
1. Staff was awesome
2. Layout is good (Vista and Sunshine)
3. Practice area = great.
4. Course condition. For a course that is typically a $100 plus to play the conditions were not great. Greens were bumpy and did not role true. Fairways were just average. Sand was good. I can go play Legacy or Walnut Creek in Westminster for $45 and get greens that are tops in the area. I just don't get how a course that charges this much money cannot be kept in better condition overall. I like the course and for the right price would play it again , but it certainly is not a $100 course and even at the $60 rate I paid, I would think twice unless I knew the greens would be better.

The course was a little challenging for us. Greens were very fast and we were in the sand a lot. Had a good time though

Great 27 hole course. Challenging and was in good shape. Too pricey tho unless you get a deal like golf now.

Golf at OMNI Interlocken
The course layout is very nice, beautiful views to Boulder mountains to the west and equally beautiful to the east. The course requires you hit precises shots with your irons and woods from the tee in some par four's to score, very challenging for the long hitters.
The bad, the course conditions, some fairways looked "hairy" :-), the crew forgot to mow it; furthermore, it would be very honest and fair to write a disclaimer in the offering of the course that the reduced cost is due to aerated greens, our group had to hack the ball just to see it jumping and dragging due to the sand in the ground, which kills the golf experience. It would it be nice to play the course in fair conditions because they have very nice layouts.
Great course
This was my first time playing this course and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful and the course conditions were great. Despite the greens just being aerated everything was great for this early in the season! I will definitely be going back
Best course yet
Haven't been to some of the foothills courses yet but this is just as good. Staff friendly, course well maintained, pace of play fantastic. Very open course beautiful views! Perfect practice area! Great selection. Would love to play here again if givin a chance!
