About
Formerly a cornfield, Robert Trent Jones Jr. utilized the natural area and the import of over 600,000 cubic yards of dirt to create the challenging Ute Creek Golf Course. The championship course has a traditional links-style layout that is said to challenge even the most avid of golfers. The public, 18-hole golf course offers 7,167 yards from its longest tees, playing to a par of 72. It features several water hazards, especially on the back nine holes, with five lakes situated on the course and two streams that wind through it. Ute Creek Golf Course's well-bunkered greens and undulating, multi-level fairways provide more interesting elements to the game.

Pace of play
I am new to Colorado (Denver area) and it is hard to get used to the slow pace of play. I would have given this course a much better overall rating if the majority of the time we weren’t waiting on the tee box behind a group with another group in the fairway and a 4th group on the green.
Awesome course
Last time I played this course was about 2 years ago and played for the first time since then. I don't know why I don't play this course more often I love this place I'll be returning again soon.
Always enjoyable
I love playing Ute Creek. The course was in great shape and the pin placements really enhances the risk vs reward aspect.
Also the views of the mountains are wonderful!
Early T off
For Sunday, the course was not crowded and we teed off quickly. Pace of Play was great.
Course conditions were very nice with lots of variety . I will definitely play here again
Fun Round
Played in a foursome in about 4 1/2 hours. Course and greens in excellent shape considering lack of rain and high temps. Will play again in near future.

Fun and Challenging layiout, especially the 18th hole .
Review
Great course just pace of play is very slow! Marshall’s don’t push anybody to get faster, older guys in front of us continued to wait for the group in front of them to clear the fairway but would never hit that far into them!! Took us 5:15 to play
Course Marshall
The course was nice. The only downside was the Marshall kept pushing us to pick up pace when there was nobody being held up behind us and we were on track with time. It just seemed he wanted us to catch up to the fast pace group in front of us.
Good course
Overall, nice course my favorite course in Longmont. The pace of play was a little bit slow ahead of us.
Don't do it
The course itself is not terrible, but.... the tee boxes are covered in divots, driving g range is worse yet. One issue was the cart paths and markers to get off the course near the greens. They were the furthest I have ever seen anywhere. So 100 yards before the green, return carts to path? They the paths are the farthest I have ever seen from the green. You are walking a ton on this course which is the opposite of using a cart, my dad was exhausted. Way too much money for this mediocre at best course for sure. I'll play elsewhere before going back
Nice Course
Good condition. Funky layout on the back nine with 3 par 3’s and 3 par 5’s. Not what you usually see but a lot of fun. Problems with the POS system at the halfway house delayed us going off the back nine. I assume this wasn’t typical. Really enjoyable experience.
