We have memberships at 2 other courses but we'll play here every chance we get.

I played this years ago and I'm glad I returned. Greens are fast, play was on pace. Cart girl was on point. Be prepared to hear the roar of high powered vehicles during play racing around the track across the way. This isn't always the case. Definitely will be back!

Driving range, putting green. Ice cream and bar restaurant too.

Course in really good shape. Staff friendly and accomodating. Full restaurant and bar. Complaints? None at all. Plus, we had added bonus of watching races at Thompson Speedway while playing which was a new golfing experience! :-)

Nice course would play again

Hadn't played this course in a very long time and soon found I was in for some big surprises. The changes over the years are amazing and I totally enjoyed the course. Just and average golfer and the course offered some real challenging shots. Fortunately I played with two very good golfers who play the course multi times a week and shared a lot of very helpful local course knowledge. Some big greens to shoot at but they come with a lot of undulation. Hopefully my schedule works out that I can play again this week. looking forward to returning. I live about 20 miles from the course

Was extremely pleased with the course, staff, food, service, pace of play. My wife and I played with another couple and totally enjoyed the day. Had a great deal from Golfnow.com and would definitely do it again.

fun course TO PLAY NICE VIEW

We were lucky to find an open tee when we arrived. Played 18 holes in about four hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course was wet from the rain from previous days but very playable.

I will definately play there again.

I have played this course for many years. its a bit of a travel so not as often as I might like. not an overly challenging course but just fine for my game. over the years they have made some nice improvements. they have always had nice greens which in themselves are a challenge and fun to putt. one of the more fun holes if you can have fun and be frustrated at the same time is number 6 a double dog leg right. i' m happy with bogie there anytime. I would recommend raceway anytime.

Course was in extremely great shape for the end of March. A huge blessing! Greens were in good shape as well as the fairways.

Weather unfortunately was extremely windy with 40 mph gusts. A few of my better shots came right back at me and said try again.

The entire course was in excellent condition for this time of year. The racetrack made it a little noisy. The greens were in great shape

Best value in ri ma ct area. Some quirky holes but still playable. Just wish they upheld a dress code standard. Play can sometimes be slowed by very poor golfers.

Have played here several times. Like the course, great condition even after heavy rain the day before. Staff always friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend as a place to play

Played Raceway for the first time and I'll be back. Large greens and tee areas can change the course dramatically. The greens have a lot of break to them. Must be accurate off most tees as I found out. Otherwise the trees will eat you alive..Overall, a fun course...

Enjoyable course. Not too long. Good diversity in the holes. Challenging greens with undulations, size/length and how entry to a few greens are framed with trees. Fairways in good shape. First time you play can be a challenge selecting right club. But at the mid-day price promotion, I've been able to go back a couple of times.

I have played here for year but had not been there in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised by all the work that has been done on the course and how great the greens were. I highly recommend this course to anyone in the area.

The course seems to get better every year. Most everything was in real good condition. Almost all signs of winter kill are gone. The holes with the newest greens (14 & 15) are in great shape. The traps have what i call street sand in them but they were raked and played well. One thing that might be a negative to some folks is the noise from the track, they had motorcycles racing on the road track. I think of it as background noise and it didn't bother me.

I received a good price via an internet tee time site however the courses rates are reasonable to begin with. This is a low key, spartan facility (e.g. very small pro shop, no real club house however there is a restaurant and lounge on the site). The golf course itself was in nice shape. It's not the most difficult course but if you play it from the back tees (which we did), their are several par fours over 400 yards. If you are not a golf course "snob" and enjoy playing new courses, give Raceway a try - it's not the greatest course but you should have a good time if you have the right expectations (and if the race track is open, it's pretty cool to see the cars while you're on the 18th tee).

One of the nicest course in the area. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My only gripe is the greens, could be faster and rolled more, then again my putting game is weak
