About
Garrisons Lake Golf Club, nine miles north of Dover, is a historic play centrally located to all parts of Delaware. The course is nature friendly: with tree-lined fairways and large, well bunkered greens throughout. The par-72, 7,060-yard course was recently renovated and improved, and players of all abilities will be confronted with a fair challenge. Not that there aren’t hurdles. Garrisons Lake is book-ended by two long plays: The 535-yard, par-5 first features out of bounds along the left side, and the 536-yard 17th features a challenging tee shot with trees on the right side. Garrisons Lake Golf Club also has a bustling practice range, putting green, golf shop and snack bar.

The greens was air rated, the course was iterated.
Great municipal course
This course is pretty decent for the price. Took my daughter for the first time and she had a blast. Played with a gentleman named James, whom I believe is an avid player there. He made it that much better with patience and encouragement.
Great course
This course is local for me and is well worth visit. The new renovations on the back 9 are great. Downside, the cart paths are in dismal shape! Lots of holes!! Needs attention.
Course is Great
The course is in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. The fairways are grown in nicely but a a bit slow. The greens had been aerated in the last week or so but playable. Probably my favorite course.
This course was in Great Shape!
I really liked the course. I was surprised that there was no starter. There was a Marshall, but pace of play wasn't great.
New clubhouse is being built which will do wonders for this course. I definitely will be back!
Nice fairways
For the end of summer, I thought the course was in great shape, the greens were in great shape as well not too many ball marks they rolled pretty true. It’ll be nice when I get the new clubhouse finished. Because of the hearing about something that has.

I would like to thank the staff for their Professionalism While the Course and holes were being repaired they kept us upgraded on the progress. Played today I and my company were very Impressed.
Good value
Greens and fairways in good condition. Pace of play was good.
Much improvement
The last time I played here was in July. The fairway was under repair and the condition wasn’t good, but yesterday it was much better—the course’s condition was great. I was pretty impressed.
