About
Garrisons Lake Golf Club, nine miles north of Dover, is a historic play centrally located to all parts of Delaware. The course is nature friendly: with tree-lined fairways and large, well bunkered greens throughout. The par-72, 7,060-yard course was recently renovated and improved, and players of all abilities will be confronted with a fair challenge. Not that there aren’t hurdles. Garrisons Lake is book-ended by two long plays: The 535-yard, par-5 first features out of bounds along the left side, and the 536-yard 17th features a challenging tee shot with trees on the right side. Garrisons Lake Golf Club also has a bustling practice range, putting green, golf shop and snack bar.

Nice course
Amenities will improve once the new clubhouse is completed. Some rough areas in the course but all in all a great day golfing.
Not great
Greens were punched not long ago, but were in decent shape. Fairways were not great, with a significant amount of dead grass areas. Tee boxes need some work. I like playing here but today was disappointing.
Have played this course for 10 years.
Generally enjoy playing here and looking forward to the new CV clubhouse and restaurant. Fairways are not in the best shape but it is just mid April and we had a heck of a winter. Just wish they would change out the carts to electric. Gas is noisy, no power and exhaust is awful.
Other than that, I'm good.
Garrisons Lake GC
Tee boxes were hard. Fairways were brown and hard. Little to no water on entire course.
Polls, green and Coors with air rated Cheese.
The greens was air rated, the course was iterated.
Great municipal course
This course is pretty decent for the price. Took my daughter for the first time and she had a blast. Played with a gentleman named James, whom I believe is an avid player there. He made it that much better with patience and encouragement.
Great course
This course is local for me and is well worth visit. The new renovations on the back 9 are great. Downside, the cart paths are in dismal shape! Lots of holes!! Needs attention.
Course is Great
The course is in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. The fairways are grown in nicely but a a bit slow. The greens had been aerated in the last week or so but playable. Probably my favorite course.
This course was in Great Shape!
I really liked the course. I was surprised that there was no starter. There was a Marshall, but pace of play wasn't great.
New clubhouse is being built which will do wonders for this course. I definitely will be back!
