Good shape
Course was in good shape for Feb in central illinois. Deer poop everywhere but that comes with the location. Kid in the clubhouse was friendly and helpful. We had a blast
Incredible/Lush paradise
This course has turned around 180 degrees. Wow. Amazing green lush course with beautiful views and plentiful wildlife. Do yourself a favor and come see this place and bring your foursome
No water
Love the course But when you leave the club house make sure you have drinks because there is no access to clubhouse after 9 holes and no water for drinking anywhere on the course
Course closed
We arrived to find the gate locked and a line of vehicles waiting to enter. The consensus was that either no one was scheduled to work that day, or someone didn’t show up as planned. The clubhouse was called many times without answer. We ended up leaving after waiting 30 mins past our tee time. It was very disappointing considering we had friends travel from Chicago to golf with us and it was a very nice day so we were unable to get a tee time at another course. Additionally I was out $10 from booking online.
18 on beautiful 4th of July day
I golfed by myself on 4th of July during the day. It was easy to book and easy to check in to get my cart. It rained earlier in the day, so there were some areas that were wet, but it really caused no issue. The course handled the rain very well.
All of the holes were fun and fairly challenging. The scenery really made my whole day. I saw deer, rabbits, squirells, birds, and more.
I would 100% recommend this course to anyone looking to have a nice day of golf.
Kinda Warm
We had a great time. Temps were kinda warm but there was a good breeze. Fairways were great. Greens were very good. Ball rolled true but they were a little slower than what I'm used to in South Carolina. Definitely plan to play this course again and again!
Course was nice
The course was beautiful even during February, the only draw back is that there wasn't any drinks or food , we drove 11/2 hrs and figured we would snack on stuff from the clubhouse until the turn but there wasn't anything
