Water carries provide challenge and require good course management which makes the course enjoyable and requires accuracy.

Course is fun to play and has some nice water features.

Water, water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink despite many generous fairways. The greens are in good shape, but the bunkers could use some sand. The electric carts make driving the course quick and quiet. Be prepared— the hardest hole is second in line.

I've played Glendale Lakes multiple times over the years and this may have been the best condition it's ever been in. Usually the greens and tee boxes are hard but they were well watered as were the fairways. Biggest issue is clubhouse is closed for unknown reasons. While you can get a beverage at the pro shop , they don't offer any food options (e.g. hotdogs, brats, etc.). There also wasn't a beverage cart, which was tough since it was a very hot day.

The course was surprisingly not packed on Memorial Day and the pace was wonderful. The greens were smooth and fast. The fairways were in great condition and well watered, especially considering other courses I have been to recently were hard snf and brown. The bunkers have a lot of black dirt in them and were a bit crusty, but still very playable. A great day and I will be back.

It was a great day with friends at a wonderful course with a great layout. Will definitely be back for more play at this course!

Played saturday in a foursome. The course is fine in terms of challenge and teh greens and fairways were in good shape. The bunkers aboslutely need investment and maintenance, they are the worst bunkers we have seen in the west/northwest suburbs. That fact makes it not a great value. Also, we had to deal with very slow play especially on teh back nine, and no rangers were monitoring the course (or if they were, they took no action).

I rate this course just fair.
