The usual
Not a bad course at all for the price. Course never drains well so it’s always wet, but if they spent some money on the bunkers it would definitely make up for it. The bunkers have not been playable for the last few years. The starters even tell you it’s a free drop if you put it in there. Has potential….
Fun time, despite the soggy spring conditions
We had a good time, and were able to finish our round in three hours and forty five minutes. It was cartpath only, and the course had a lot of standing water. But that’s to be expected after the rainy spring we have had. We would play there again. Thank you.
first decent day --- springtime chicago
course conditions were only average due to cart path only---not the courses fault but rather mother nature
Great layout. Horrible maintenance
The bunkers could have been better. They obviously have not been touched since last season.
Arrived at 10:30 42 min before my tee time. Pro shop told me to come back in 15min. I explained to him I wanted to chip and putt then play and was not willing to come back in 15min for no apparent reason. Man in the pro shop treats golf now customers like 2nd class citizens. I came for fun and entertainment and received very poor service from the man in the pro shop.
Glendale Lakes
Course was in good shape. Most courses aerate 5his time of year, but not Glendale, so no issues with that. Disappointing they had no food service at the turn. Course was busy enough, but apparently didnt merit offering food or bar service. No vending either. Glad we brought water.
Glendale g gc
This golf course is very nice. There are a lot of water
Nice and Empty
Pretty sure we were the last players to go through that day which made for a nice and relaxing round. While the course is in a largely residential area, it's got some great views from the tees. Speaking of, some of the tee boxes were pretty worn down but that's to be expected by this time of the year. Overall, had a good time. Would have been nice to see some sort of snack kiosk or something similar at the halfway point but that didn't really ruin the experience. Just make sure to pack a granola bar or something similar if you're planning to play and are worried about going hungry. Worth the price we paid.
