Golfer Reviews
YOU HAVE A RANGER ON THE PREMISES.
I HAVE PLAYED MANY DIFFERENT COURSED IN THE PAST , BUT THIS IS THE ONLY COURSE WHICH HAD A RANGER TO KEEP THINGS MOVING ALONG.
PACE OF PLAY IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO SPEND 5-WHATEVER HOURS ON THE COURSE.
GOOD WORK GLENDALE LAKES GOLF COURSE!!!!
Still Disappointed with Bunkers
This was my first return visit in several years, but my memory of the poor bunker conditions remains intact. While I thought the practice green and greens were generally in good shape, the biggest playability issues during my visit were shaggy tee boxes that seemingly hadn’t been mowed recently and bunkers that continue to lack much if any sand. During my round I found myself in 3 bunkers and only one kind of had sand. Many of the bunkers I observed in the fairways or around the greens looked more like rock quarries than sand bunkers. Another golfer in my group commented that he would even attempt playing shots from those bunkers as damaging a $150 wedge wouldn’t be worth it.
To course management I suggest you fill in any bunkers that you are unable or unwilling to take care of as it would make more sense to reduce the number of bunkers to whatever quantity you can take care of as right now your bunkers make for a poor experience.
Fun but can be difficult
Course has a very unique, narrow layout. Many blind pin locations and curved fairways. Fun course
Ace Day!
Had a "Hole in One" on number 3! 163 yard par 3. It doesn't get much better than that!
Too much water and too poor groundskeeping
A LOT of water. Just ridiculous in some cases. The rough was long the fairways were short and the tee boxes beat up. I would not go back.
Incredible value
This course is a good place to head to for a quick round.
