Maui Nui Golf Club

We needed to rent clubs and found that $125 for two sets was quite steep compared to what we are used to!!

We were paired with two guys who were quite familiar with the course which was a bonus. We were pressed from behind by another 4-some but had a four some in front that set the pace of play. Course had more than a few rough spots and damage from two big storms early in the year. A reduction in green fees would have been appropriate. Nevertheless we would play the course again provided we could get out clubs elsewhere!!

Great place for mid to high handicap golfers but not reflected in conditions of the course. The course was in excellent conditions. On Maui High value for dollar place to play.

Love this course, we play it every time we are on Maui. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Played here as visitors from Canada for about 8 years. It is our go-to course. Challenging, but not too difficult. A great plus is that it can be raining at the other Maui courses, but not Maui Nui. Have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially the grounds crew. I would, and do, recommend this course to others.

On the negative side, the cart we had yesterday should have been scrapped long ago. The brakes were totally gone and we had great difficulty trying to park it as. We traversed around the course. Also, the portable toilet was an absolute disgrace and certainly a health hazard. I would say that the toilet had not been serviced for many weeks, even months.

Hope to hit the course a few more times before we depart March 19.

Greens were slow, bumpy and patchy. They really needed a marshal out there to speed up play. The group ahead of us were painfully slow. 2 hour front nine and then we caught up to them and had a 2 hour 40 minute back nine. But it's a quarter the price of the Wailea courses if you get a GolfNow deal like I did.

The layout and course conditions were good but the greens were not in very good condition.

Paid $60 for rental clubs X2.=$120 total

GPS on cart wasn’t working.

The greens are in very poor condition; tee boxes also poor, rough and undulating; several fairways were unkept with unfinished ongoing work, looked like it had been that way for weeks; starter staff was rude and unpleasant.

Nice layout, very friendly staff and overall fun course to play
