Heritage Oaks Legacy 9

Good outing on nice 9 hole and fun to play the layout. Only problem was very slow 4some in front that was backing everyone up. We should have played the 9 in 30 minutes less time. Two of the players looked to be sharing a set of clubs which probably should not be allowed when walking. The Ranger was on the course and did not appear to do anything.
